ارائه مدل مطلوب رقابت جهت پيشرفت آموزشي در دانشگاه (مورد مطالعه: دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي)

Providing a Desirable Model of Competition for Educational Progress in University (Case study: Islamic Azad University

بسياري از پديده ها تغيير كرده اند، تغيير براي آموزش عالي و دانشگاه ها ديگر يك فرصت نيست، بلكه يك ضرورت است. بنابراين هدف از اين پژوهش ارتقاء رقابت پذيري آينده واحدهاي دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي بود. روش ها پژوهش از نوع توسعه اي و كاربردي با رويكرد آميخته بود. جامعه و نمونه آماري در بخش كيفي شامل خبرگان علمي و دانشگاهي با پست هاي مديريتي و در بخش كمي شامل اعضاء هييت علمي دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي سطح تهران مي باشد. روش نمونه گيري در بخش كيفي و كمي به صورت نمونه گيري احتمالي و غير احتمالي انتخاب شد. ابزار از نوع پرسشنامه محقق ساخته و اعتبار و روايي پژوهش، از روايي وابسته به معيار، محتوايي و سازه و براي پايايي از آزمون كرونباخ با درجه قابل قبول انجام پذيرفت تجزيه و تحليل در بخش كمي از آمار توصيفي و در بخش كيفي از آمار استنباطي و مدل يابي معادلات ساختاري و تحليل عاملي تاييدي از نرم افزارهاي SPSS و LISREL استفاده شد. يافته ها يافته ها نشان داد كه دانشگاه ها در تمامي اين شاخص ها و ابعاد دچار مشكل هستند. مشكل از اين جهت كه به نظر پاسخ گويان كه اساتيد همين دانشگاه ها بوده اند، در تمامي شاخص ها و ابعاد عملكرد موجود با عملكرد مطلوب تفاوت معني داري دارد. نتيجه گيري بنابراين و با توجه به نتايج مطالعه بايد گفت كه دانشگاه هاي استان تهران نتوانسته اند به نتبجه مطلوب دست يابند و در تمامي ابعاد و شاخص ها ضعيف عمل كرده اند و در ادامه بايد بر شاخص هاي ارتقا و پيشرفت آموزشي تاكيد بيشتري شود.

Many phenomena have changed and changes is no longer an opportunity for higher education and universities, but it is a necessity. Therefore, the aim of this study was to improve the future competitiveness of Islamic Azad University units . Methods: The research was developmental and applied with a mixed approach. The statistical population and sample in the qualitative section include scientific and academic experts with managerial positions and in the quantitative section include the faculty members of the Islamic Azad University of Tehran. Sampling method was selected in qualitative and quantitative sections as possible and non-probabilistic sampling. The instrument was made from a researcher-made questionnaire and the validity of the research were based on standard, content and construct validity. For structural equation modeling and confirmatory factor analysis, SPSS and LISREL software were used. Results: The findings showed that universities have problems in all of these indicators and dimensions. The problem is that, in the opinion of the respondents who were professors at the same universities, there is a significant difference in all the indicators and dimensions of the existing performance with the desired performance. Conclusion: Considering the results of the study, it should be said that the universities of Tehran province have not been able to achieve the desired result and have acted poorly in all dimensions and indicators, and further emphasis should be placed on the indicators of educational advancement.
