ارائه ي الگوي روش تحقيق تركيبي در شهرسازي

A Model for Mixed Methodology in Urban Planning

روش تحقيق تركيبي در دهه ي 1960ميلادي در علوم اجتماعي آغاز شده است، اما استفاده از اين روش در مطالعات شهري و شهرسازي بسيار نوپا بوده و به دهه ي 1990 ميلادي برمي گردد. به نظر مي رسد استفاده از تك روش هاي كمي يا كيفي در تحقيق هاي مختلف، نتايج كامل و همه جانبه اي را لحاظ نكرده و نوعي نگرش تك بعدي و تك روي در تحقيق را دنبال نموده و تمام جوانب و مسايل تجزيه و تحليل هاي اجتماعي و شهرسازي را بيان نمي كند. اين پژوهش با نگاهي نوين و خلاقانه به روش تركيبي، سير تاريخي، بنيان هاي فلسفي و پارادايمي روش تحقيق، تعاريف و كاربرد روش هاي تحقيق مختلف را بيان مي نمايد و سپس ضمن ارايه ي انواع طرح هاي تركيبي به بررسي نمونه هاي موردي انجام شده در مسايل گوناگون اجتماعي و شهرسازي با استفاده از انواع روش هاي تحقيق تركيبي (روش هاي تحقيق كمي و كيفي)، در موضوعات مختلف توسعه ي منابع انساني، فضاهاي باز شهري، الگوي جديد مسكن و طراحي محله، فن آوري محيطي، مسكن عمومي وكشف سرمايه ي اجتماعي شهر و منطقه مي پردازد. هدف اين پژوهش ارزيابي انواع روش هاي تحقيق تركيبي و شناسايي انواع معيارهاي نهفته در روش هاي تحقيق كمي، كيفي و تركيبي است كه بر تعاملات اجتماعي و مسايل شهرسازي تاثيرگذار است. پرسش نامه اي از صاحب نظران كارشناسي ارشد و دكتري در رشته ها و حرفه هاي مرتبط شهرسازي تهيه گرديد. نتايج آزمون t براي تمامي تحليل ها نشان مي دهد كه روش تركيبي، سطح انتظارات بالاتري را در پاسخ گويي به نيازها و توقعات برنامه و طرح اجتماعي و يا شهرسازي برآورده ساخته و همچنين در ارتقاي طرح ها نقش موثرتري را دارند. در نهايت با خلاصه سازي روش هاي تحقيق تركيبي و استفاده از نمودار جريان داده ها و فرا استنباط به ارايه ي الگوي كاربردي روش هاي تحقيق تركيبي در مطالعات اجتماعي و شهرسازي پرداخته و به تحليل شبكه هاي اجتماعي و شهري دست مي زند كه در آن يافته ها و اهداف تحقيق لحاظ شده، و سبب پيشرفت و توسعه ي تحقيق در زمينه هاي مورد بررسي شده و اعتبارسنجي مي گردد.

Combined methodology started in the 1960s in social sciences, but the use of this method in urban studies and urbanism was very new and dates back to the 1990s. It seems that the use of quantitative or qualitative methods in different research does not consider complete and comprehensive results, follows a one-dimensional and one-way approach attitude in research and does not state all aspects and problems of social and urbanism analyses. This study with a new and innovative look on mixed methodology states historical development, philosophical foundations, methodology paradigm, definitions and the use of different methodologies and then in addition to providing a variety of mixed plans investigates case studies conducted on various social and urbanism problems using a variety of mixed methodologies (qualitative and quantitative methodologies), on various topics of human resource development, urban open spaces, a new model of housing and neighbor design, environmental technology, public housing, and discover social capital of the city and region. The purpose of this study is to evaluate a variety of mixed methodologies and identify a variety of hidden criteria in quantitative, qualitative and mixed methodologies that affect social interactions and urbanism problems. A questionnaire was prepared with the help of MA and PhD expert's opinion in the fields and professions related to urbanism. T-test results of all analyses show that mixed methodology meets a higher level of expectations in response to the needs and expectations of social and/ or urbanism plans as well as it plays a more effective role in promoting the plans. Finally, by a summary of mixed methodologies and the use of data flow diagram and meta-inference, a functional model is provided for mixed methodologies in social and urbanism studies analyzing social and urban networks in which research results and objectives are considered, and research is advanced, developed and validated in the studied fields.
