چكيده فارسي :
مقدمه: اختلال نقص توجه و بيش فعالي، باعث نقص در عملكرد روانشناختي ميشود. هدف مطالعه حاضر، تعيين اثربخشي آموزش تكنيكهاي بازتواني ذهني بر عملكرد عصب روانشناختي كودكان پسر مبتلا به اختلال نقص توجه و بيش فعالي ميباشد.
مواد و روش‌ها: پژوهش حاضر از نوع نيمه تجربي با پيش‌آزمون/پس‌آزمون با گروه كنترل بود. جامعه آماري شامل تمامي كودكان مبتلا به اختلال نقص توجه و بيش فعالي 9-7 ساله در سال 1398 بود كه به كلينيك مشاوره آموزش و پرورش ناحيه 1 شهر گرگان مراجعه كرده بودند. تعداد 30 كودك به روش در دسترس به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند و سپس به طور تصادفي به دو گروه 15 نفره آزمون و كنترل تقسيم شدند. از آزمون علائم مرضي كودكان فرم والدين و كارتهاي ويسكانسين استفاده شد. در گروه آزمون برنامه مداخله 8 جلسه 1 ساعته هفته اي انجام شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از تحليل كوواريانس تك متغيره تجزيه و تحليل شدند.
يافته‌ها: ميانگين و انحراف معيار نمره گروه آزمون در پيش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون 58/2±84/22 و 69/3±45/29 و گروه كنترل در پيش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون 77/2±71/22 و 41/2±94/22 بود. آموزش تكنيكهاي بازتواني ذهني بر عملكرد عصب روانشناختي كودكان مبتلا به اختلال نقص توجه و بيش فعالي تأثير داشت (001/0≥p).
نتيجه‌گيري: با توجه به اثربخشي آموزش تكنيكهاي بازتواني ذهني بر عملكرد عصب روانشناختي، اين روش ميتواند به عنوان يك روش درماني كارآمد توسط درمانگران جهت بهبود عملكرد عصب روانشناختي كودكان مبتلا به اختلال نقص توجه و بيش فعالي استفاده شود.
چكيده لاتين :
Introduction: Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder causes a defect in psychological nerve function. Thus, the present study aims to investigate the effect of training mental rehabilitation techniques on the psychological nerve function in children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.
Materials and Methods: The present study was a quasi-experimental with a pretest/posttest and a control group. The statistical population included all students with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder aged 7-9 in 2020 referred to the Education Counseling Clinic of District 1 of Gorgan. Later, 30 children were selected by the available method and were randomly assigned to two groups. The children's symptom inventory and the Wisconsin Card Classification Test were used. On children in the test group, the intervention program was performed in 8 sessions of 1 hour per week. No intervention was performed for the control group. Univar ate analysis of covariance was used to analyze the collected data.
Results: The results showed that mean and standard deviation of the pretest and posttest of the test group were 22.84±2.58 and 29.45±3.69, and also mean and standard deviation of the pretest and posttest of the control group were 22.71±2.41 and 22.94±2.77. Further, training of mental rehabilitation techniques affected the psychological nerve function of children with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (p<0.001).
Conclusion: Due to the effectiveness of training mental retraining techniques on improving the psychological nerve function, this method can be used as an effective treatment by therapists to improve the neurological function of children with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder.
