مقايسه اثر عصاره هيدروالكلي گياه كاسني(.Cichorium intybusL) و داروي نيستاتين بر رشد قارچ كانديداآلبيكنس جداشده از عفونت واژينيت در شرايط invitro

The comparison of Cichorium intybusL. hydroalcoholic extract and Nystatin on the isolated Candida albicans from vaginal infection under in vitro conditions

مقدمه و هدف : با افزايش روز افزون مصرف گياهان دارويي در درمان طبي، اين شاخه از طب مكمل، جايگاه ويژهاي در درمان بيماريها پيدا كرده است. اين مطالعه به منظور مقايسه اثر عصاره ي هيدروالكلي گياه كاسني و داروي نيستاتين بر رشد قارچ كانديداآلبيكنس جداشده از عفونت واژينيت در شرايط آزمايشگاهي و مقايسه آن با سوش استاندارد مورد بررسي قرارگرفت. مواد و روش‌ها: كانديدا آلبيكنس در محيط سابرو دكستروز آگار حاوي كلرامفنيكل،كشت داده شد. سه سري 10 تايي از عصاره گياه كاسني و يك سري 10 تايي از ديسك آغشته به نيستاتين آماده شد. داخل هر پليت، 1 ديسك عصاره گياهي،1 ديسك نيستاتين به عنوان كنترل مثبت و يك ديسك متانول و 1 ديسك خالي به عنوان كنترل منفي گذاشته شد. بعد از 24 ساعت، ميزان قطر هاله عدم رشد عصاره گياه با ميزان قطر هاله عدم رشد كنترل مثبت با آناليز ANOVA مقايسه شد(p<0.05). يافته‌ها: ميزان هاله عدم رشد نيستاتين (28) ميلي‌متر با تفاوت معني‌داري از كاسني (17) ميلي‌متر بيشتر بودو ميزان هاله عدم رشد در تركيب كاسني و نيستاتين (45) ميلي متر از كاسني (17) ميلي متر و نيستاتين (28) ميلي متر بيشتر بود(p≤0.05). نتيجه گيري: كاسني تأثيرات ضد قارچي روي كانديدا آلبيكنس را نشان داد اما تاثير داروي نيستاتين بر روي عدم رشد سويه هاي كانديدا آلبيكنس نسبت به كاسني بيشتر بود و تركيب دارو با عصاره بر روي عدم رشد سويه هاي كانديدا آلبيكنس نسبت به نيستاتين بيشتر بود.

Background & Objective: With the increasing consumption of medical plants for medical treatment ,this topic of complementary medicine found a unique place. This study is the comparison of Cichorium intybusL. hydroalcoholic extract and Nystatin on the isolated Candida albicans from vaginal infection under in vitro conditions. Materials and Methods : C.Albicans was cultured on sabouraud dexterose agar containing chloramphenicol. Three series of 10 plant Cichorium intybusL. extract and a series of 10 of the disk impregnated with nystatin was prepared. On each plate, one plant extract disc, one nystatin disc (as positive control) and one blank disc (as negative controls) were placed. The mean diameter of non-growth halo around each plant extract was compared with the mean diameter of non-growth halo of positive control discs after 24 hours. Data was analysed by ANOVA statistical test (p<0.05). Results: The diameter of non-growth halo in nystation discs (28 mm) nystation were also more than Cichorium intybusL. discs(17 mm) (p<0.05). As well as the diameter of non-growth halo in Combination Cichorium intybusL and Nystatin discs(45 mm) was more than that for Cichorium intybusL discs(17 mm) and Nystatin discs(28 mm). Conclusion: Cichorium intybusL exhibited antifungal effects on C. Albincans But the effect of Nystatin on the lack of growth of Candida Albicans strains was greater than that in Cichorium intybusL. and combining the drug with extract on the lack of growth of Candida Albicans strains was greater than that in Nystatin.
