مطالعه تطبيقي حقوق حيوانات بر اساس آموزه‌هاي اسلامي

A Comparative Study of Animal Rights Based on Islamic Teachings

مينه و هدف: اعتقاد به حقوق حيوانات و حمايت از آن در دنياي غرب و فضاي علمي و پژوهشي سابقه‌اي كم‌تر از 300 سال دارد. اين در حالي است كه بيش از هزار سال پيش اين حقوق در اسلام به رسميت شناخته شده است. اين مطالعه با هدف مقايسه بيانيه جهاني و آموزه‌هاي اسلامي درباره حقوق حيوانات صورت گرفته است. مواد و روش‌ها: در پژوهش حاضر، بر اساس شاخص‌هايي همچون حفاظت و امنيت حيوانات، احترام به حق زندگي آن‌ها و...، به مقايسه‌اي تطبيقي بين آموزه‌هاي اسلامي و بيانيه يونسكو در خصوص حقوق حيوانات پرداخته شده است، اين پژوهش با رعايت اصل صداقت و امانتداري در تمام گزارش‌ها و ارجاعات و بر پايه مطالعات كتابخانه‌اي و جستجو در پايگاه‌هاي علمي معتبر خارجي و داخلي، به صورت تحليلي و توصيفي انجام گرفته است. يافته‌ها: پس از بررسي ديدگاه‌هاي فلاسفه غربي در خصوص حقوق حيوانات، كه نشان داد قرن‌ها طول كشيده تا حقوق حيوانات در غرب به رسميت شناخته شود، در بخش دوم يافته‌ها به مقايسه محتواي 10 ماده‌اي بيانيه حقوق حيوانات منتشرشده در يونسكو با مستندات اسلامي متناظر با آن پرداخته شده است. ملاحظات اخلاقي: در تدوين اين تحقيق حفظ اصالت متون، صداقت و امانتداري رعايت شده است. نتيجه‌گيري: ضعف در آموزش مفاهيم ديني در حوزه اخلاق زيستي، به بروز رفتارهاي زشت اجتماعي همچون تخريب محيط زيست، حيوان آزاري و... منجر خواهد شد. جا دارد با توجه به وجود پيشنه غني فرهنگي و مذهبي در خصوص رعايت حقوق حيوانات و اخلاق زيستي، برنامه‌اي جامع براي آموزش مفاهيم اخلاق زيستي در سطح مؤسسات آموزشي كشور فراهم شود.

Background and Aim: The belief in animal rights in Europe and in scientific research is a relatively new topic and has a history of less than 300 years, while more than a thousand years ago, animal rights were recognized in Islam, this study aimed to compare the Universal Declaration and the Islamic teachings on animal rights. Materials and Methods: This is a descriptive and analytical study, based on indicators of animal welfare and safety, respect for their right to life and etc. it compares Islamic teachings with UNESCO Declaration on Animal Rights, and written based on library and network search in various valid sources on animal rights, this research done by Observe the principle of honesty and loyalty in all reports and citations. Findings: After examining the views of Western philosophers on animal rights, which showed that it took centuries for animal rights to be recognized in the West, the second part of the findings compared the content of the 10-article animal rights statement published in UNESCO with the Islamic documents. Ethical Considerations: In compiling this research, preserving the originality of the texts, honesty and fidelity have been respected. Conclusion: The weakness of bioethics education will lead to bad social behaviors such as environmental degradation, animal abuse and so on. Given the rich cultural and religious background of animal rights and bioethics, there is a need to develop a comprehensive program to teach bioethics concepts at the level of educational institutions in our country.
