جغرافياي تاريخي و سياسي ايل كلهر با اسناد به شواهد تاريخي و منابع مكتوب

The tribe of Kalhor's historical and political geography with predication to historical instances and written sources

ايل كلهر داراي پيشنيه طولاني در غرب كشور و خصوصاً استان كرمانشاه داشته است. اين ايل همواره نقش مهمي را در مناسبات سياسي و منطقه­ اي منطقه حداقل از دوره صفوي تا دوره پهلوي دوم ايفا مي­ كند. اين مسئله اهميت موضوع را نشان مي­دهد و اگر چه پژوهش­هاي پراكنده ­اي در خصوص آداب و رسوم و فرهنگ ايلي، تاريخ و پيشينه آنها نگاشته شده؛ اما تاكنون پژوهش مستقل و مناسبي در مورد جغرافياي تاريخي و سياسي ايل كلهر و نقش آنها در منطقه غرب ايران نگاشته نشده است. در اين راستا مهم­ترين سوال پژوهش اين است كه ايل كلهر چه نقشي در تاريخ سياسي و اجتماعي منطقه غرب ايران با توجه به شواهد تاريخي و منابع مكتوب ايفا مي­كنند؟ نتايج پژوهش نشان مي­دهد كه ايل كلهر نقش غير قابل انكاري در مناسبات سياسي منطقه غرب ايران در قرون متأخر اسلامي ايفا مي­كند. در قرون متأخر اسلامي دولت مركزي ايران در تعامل با ايلات و عشاير، يك نظامِ تعامل‌پذير را همواره در پيش مي‌گرفت و قدرت‌هاي برتر و مسلط مركزي با قدرت‌هاي محلي و اقوام و گروه‌ها روابط مشخصي برقرار مي‌كردند. به عبارتي در اين دوران، حكومت مركزي با همه ترفندها و سياست‌هايي كه براي تثبيت قدرت سياسي در ميان ايل كلهر و عشاير منطقۀ غرب در پيش گرفت، با در پيش گرفتن نوعي تعامل‌پذيري در ارتباط با آنها، بخشي از اختيارات خود را در حوزه محلي كرمانشاه به خود كردها واگذار كرد و به توزيع قدرت سياسي، اقتصادي و نظامي در مقابل دريافت خدمات محلي آنها پرداخت.

(issue) and through (however) dispersed researches has written about tribal traditions and culture and their history and record ; But until now hasn’t written independent and proper (suitable) research about the tribe of Kalhor's historical and political geography and their role in west of iran. Therefore it is the most important question of research that the tribe of Kalhor what (whether) plays role in political and social history of west of iran by reference historical instances and written sources? The results of research shows that the tribe of Kalhor plays undeniable role in political reactions of west of iran in recent islamic centuries. In recent islamic centuries always, central state of iran was pursuing a reactionable system , because of reaction to tribes and superior and dominant central power were establishing specific relation with local powers and other tribes and groups. In other words in this period, central government pursued all of tricks and diplomacies that were for stabilization of political power between tribe of Kalhor and tribes in west; it did give (concede) a part of it's authorities in local district of Kermanshah to Kords because of pursuing a type of reactionably in related to them and did distribution of political, economic, military power because of receipt of their local duties (services)
