محيط شهري پيچيده، پويا و متنوع است كه مستلزم طراحي يك سيستم چند وجهي و مشاركتي در مديريت است و حكمراني خوب شهري اين قابليت را فراهم كرده است. الگوي حكمروايي خوب شهري به عنوان فرايند مشاركتي توسعه تعريف مي­شود كه به موجب آن همه ذينفعان شامل حكومت، سازمان­هاي غير دولتي و جامعه مدني وسايلي را براي حل مشكلات شهري فراهم مي­كنند. اين پژوهش با هدف سنجش ميزان مشاركت شهروندان در مديريت شهري تهران بر اساس الگوي حكمراني خوب شهري تدوين شده است و به بررسي معناداري رابطه بين معيارهاي حكمراني شهري به عنوان متغيرهاي وابسته با متغير مستقل مشاركت شهروندان در مديريت شهري پرداخته است. نوع تحقيق كاربردي و روش تحليل بوسيله آمار استنباطي مي­باشد. نتايج تحقيق نشان داد كه از بعد ذهني تمايل شهروندان به مشاركت در مديريت شهري بالاست و بستر بسيار مناسبي براي مشاركت در شهر مورد مطالعه وجود دارد. بر اساس نتايج پژوهش، بين معيارهاي حكمراني و مشاركت شهروندان در مديريت شهري ارتباط معني­داري وجود دارد. مشاركت شهروندي بيشترين تاثير و رابطه را با آگاهي شهروندي داشته و سپس با فاصله معنادار و زيادي تاثيري محسوس بر شفافيت و پاسخگويي و اعتماد اجتماعي دارد.

The urban environment is complex, dynamic and diverse, which requires the design of a multi-faceted and participatory system in management, and good urban governance has provided this capability. A good urban governance model is defined as a collaborative process of development, whereby all stakeholders, including government, non-governmental organizations and civil society, provide means for solving urban problems. This research has been designed with the aim of measuring the participation rate of citizens in Tehranchr('39')s urban management based on a good urban governance pattern. It has been studied the significance of the relationship between urban governance criteria as dependent variables with the independent variable of citizen participation in urban management. The type of research is applied and the method of analysis is based on inferential statistics. The results of the research showed that the mental dimension of the citizenschr('39') willingness to participate in urban management is high and there is a very good platform for participation in the city. According to the research results, there is a significant relationship between governance criteria and citizen participation in urban management. Citizenship participation has the most impact and relationship with citizenship awareness and then has a significant and significant effect on transparency and accountability and social trust.
