سيره تاريخي معصومين (عليهم السلام) در مواجهه با اقليتهاي ديني

يكي از وظايف حكومت اسلامي اين است كه حقوق انسانهاي تحت حاكميت خود را به رسميت بشناسد و اجراي آن را نهادينه سازد. دولت اسلامي به عنوان يك دولت رحماني از همان ابتدا حقوق مردم را تضمين كرده است. البته اين مشي تا جايي قابل اجرا است كه اشخاص، با اعمال و كردار خويش باعث سلب اين حقوق نگردند. ازآنجاكه حقوق انسانها بالأخص اقليت هاي ديني در يك جامعه و حكومت اسلامي داراي اهميت ويژه از منظر دين مي باشد، محققان و پژوهشگران و مورّخان به روشهاي مختلفي آن را مورد بررسي قرارداده اند. پيامبر اسلام (ص) و معصومين (ع) نيز در سيره و رفتار خويش اهميت ويژه اي براي اقليت هاي ديني موجود در جامعه اسلامي قائل شده اند و احترام ستودني از خود به نمايش گذاشته اند و همين، بدون شك مي تواند الگوي مناسبي براي مسلمانان قرار گيرد.تاريخ رفتار پيامبر(ص) و اميرمؤمنان علي(ع) را كه با اقليتهاي ديني كه در زمان حكومت و زمامداريشان زندگي مي كرده اند، به خوبي ثبت و ضبط نموده است. لذا مي توان با مشاهده رفتار و سياستهاي حضرت رسول (ص) و حضرت امير (ع) و معصومين عليهم السلام، اين پيام اسلام را دريافت كه هر فرد با اختيار خود مي تواند هر عقيده اي را برگزيند. گر چه نزد خداوند متعال تنها دين، دين مبين اسلام مي باشد.

History has been well recorded with the behavior of the Prophet (p.h) and Amir Mo'mnan Ali (p.h) with religious minorities who lived under their rule and rule. Therefore, observing the behavior and policies of the Prophet (p.h) and the Prophet (p.h) , the message of Islam can be understood that each person can choose any belief with his own accord. However, to Allah Almighty, only religion is the religion of Islam. Considering the numerous historical examples illustrating this fact, the present study seeks to examine the history of the innocent family in the face of religious minorities.
