واكاوي رابطه بين صلاحيت حرفه اي كتابداران با مهندسي فرهنگ در كتابخانه هاي عمومي استان مازندران

هدف: تعيين رابطه صلاحيت حرفه اي كتابداران با مهندسي فرهنگ در كتابخانه هاي عمومي استان مازندران است. روش پژوهش : اين پژوهش از نظر هدف كاربردي و از نظرشيوه گردآوري اطلاعات پيمايشي- تحليلي و از نظر نوع تحليل، همبستگي است. در اين پژوهش از ابزار پرسشنامه هاي پيش ساخته ابوطالبي و بيگو(1395) و مشهدي و تفرشي(1391) استفاده شده كه پايايي آن ها براساس آلفاي كرونباخ به ترتيب برابر با 876/0 و 869/0است. جامعه آماري شامل كتابداران كتابخانه هاي عمومي به تعداد 265 نفر است. حجم نمونه براساس فرمول كوكران برابر با 158 است. جهت تجزيه و تحليل داده ها از آزمون كلموگروف- اسميرنف به منظور بررسي نرمال بودن متغير ها، آزمون همبستگي پيرسون براي بررسي رابطه بين متغيرها و آزمون t تك نمونه­اي براي بررسي تفاوت بين سطح موجود و مورد انتظار متغيرها با استفاده از بسته نرم افزاري SPSS22 استفاده شده است. يافته­ها: وضعيت صلاحيت حرفه اي كتابداران كتابخانه هاي عمومي استان مازندران با ميانگين4/51 و وضعيت مهندسي فرهنگ در ميان كتابدارن با ميانگين 63/3 بالاتر ازسطح متوسط، ارزيابي شده است. نتايج نشان داد كه صلاحيت حرفه اي كتابداران بر مؤلفه هاي مهندسي فرهنگ در كتابداران كتابخانه هاي عمومي مازندران تأثير مثبت و معني داري دارد(سطح معني داري: 05/00/05، و ضريب همبستگي پيرسون: 0/656) نتيجه­گيري: صلاحيت حرفه اي كتابداران بر مهندسي فرهنگ تأثير مثبت و معني داري دارد. به عبارتي ، با افزايش سطح صلاحيت­ حرفه­اي در كتابداران مورد بررسي، سطح مهندسي فرهنگ و متغيرهاي آن نيز افزايش مي­يابد.

Objective: Determination of the relation between the professional qualification of librarians and engineering of culture in public libraries of Mazandaran Province Methods: the objective of the present study is an applied one. The researcher has used survey-analysis method for data gathering, and the data analysis method is correlation. The ready-made questionnaires of Abutalebi and Bigo (2016) and Mashhadi and Tafreshi (2012) have been used in this research, and their reliability is 0.876 and 0.869, respectively, based on Cronbach’s Alpha. The statistical population of the research consists of 265 librarians. The sample size is 158 based on Cochran Formula. Kolmogorov-Smirnov Test, for data analysis, has been used for studying the normality of variables, Pearson Correlation Test for studying the relation between variables, One Sample T Test for studying the differences between available and expectable level of variables, using SPSS22 software packages. Results: the professional qualification status of librarians of public libraries of Mazandaran Province has been assessed with an average of 4.51 higher than medium level and the engineering of culture amongst librarians with the average of 3.63 higher than the medium level. Moreover, the results showed that the professional qualification of librarians have positive and meaningful influences on components of the engineering of culture amongst librarians of public libraries in Mazandaran Province (level of significance/P-value: 0.05, coefficient of determination: R3). Conclusion: the professional qualification of librarians has positive and meaningful influences on engineering of culture. In words, by increasing the professional qualification in librarians being studied, the level of engineering of culture and its variables are increased.
