Importance of Monitoring the Health of Patients by Nurses and Their Impact on the Quality of Nursing Care Services to the Patient

مقدمه: يك نظام بهداشتي كارا فقط از طريق ارائه خدمات مطلوب مي تواند به رسالت خود يعني تامين سلامت افراد جامعه اقدام نمايد. روش كار: اين مطالعه با هدف اهميت پايش سلامت بيماران توسط پرستاران و تاثير آن در كيفيت ارائه خدمات پرستاري به بيمار انجام شده است. كه با مراجعه به مقالات سالهاي 1385 تا 1396 به بررسي محتوايي مقاله ها پرداخته شد. يافته ها: بررسي نتايج به دست آمده از پژوهش هاي انجام شده در سال هاي قبل نشان داد كه با افزايش كارآمدي و اثربخشي پايش بيماران توسط پرستاران، ، ميزان كيفيت خدمات ارائه شده توسط پرستاران افزايش و رضايت بيماران از خدمات ارايه شده افزايش پيدا مي كند. نتيجه گيري: با توجه به اهميت توانايي پرستاران در پايش سلامت بيماران و تاثير اين توانمندي در بالا رفتن كيفيت خدمات ارائه شده، مي توان همكاري مديران ارشد پرستاري در وزارت بهداشت، بيمارستا نها، دانشكده ها و مربيان براي برنامه ريزي دقيق براي افزايش مهارت هاي پايشي پرستاران مي تواند باعث افزايش كيفيت خدمات ارائه شده به بيماران گردد.
