ارزيابي عملكرد كتابخانه‌ هاي دانشگاهي شهر سمنان بر اساس استاندارد ايزو 11620

هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسايي عملكرد كتابخانههاي دانشگاهي شهر سمنان بر اساس استاندارد ايزو 11620 است. روش‌ پژوهش: اين پژوهش، از نظر هدف كاربردي و از نظر روش انجام، پيمايشي است. جامعه آماري، كتابداران كتابخانههاي دانشگاهي شهر سمنان شامل 29 نفر است. براي سنجش عملكرد كتابخانه، از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته ـ براساس استاندارد ايزو 11620 ـ به­عنوان ابزار گردآوري داده­ها استفاده شد و براي آزمون فرضيه از آزمون‌هاي t استيودنت يك نمونه‌اي، تحليل واريانس يك طرفه و دانكن استفاده شد، نرم افزار آماري مورد استفاده SPSS ويرايش 22 بوده است. يافته‌ها: عملكرد كتابخانههاي دانشگاهي شهر سمنان از منظر منابع و زيرساختها با ميانگين1/89، پايين­تر از سطح متوسط است. عملكرد كتابخانههاي دانشگاهي شهر سمنان از منظركاربرد با ميانگين2/67، پايين­تر از سطح متوسط است. همچنين از منظر كارآمدي با ميانگين 2/18، عملكرد كتابخانههاي دانشگاهي پايين­تر از سطح متوسط است. كتابخانههاي دانشگاهي شهر سمنان تنها از منظر پتانسيل­ها و توسعه با ميانگين 3/27، بالا­تر از سطح متوسط بوده است. نتيجه‌گيري: نتايج نشان داد كه ميزان عملكرد كتابخانههاي دانشگاهي شهر سمنان بر اساس استاندارد 11620 پايين­تر از سطح متوسط است. آزمون فرضيه براي مقايسه عملكردها در ابعاد مختلف استاندارد نشان داد كه از نظر عملكرد در شاخص منابع دسترسي و زيرساخت، كاربرد يا استفاده، و پتانسيل‌ها و توسعه تفاوت معناداري بين عملكرد كتابخانههاي مورد بررسي وجود نداشت و عملكرد كتابخانه‌ها در زمينه منابع دسترسي و زيرساخت، كاربرد و پتانسيل‌ها و توسعه بين هر سه دانشگاه يكسان و ضعيف است.

Purpose: The main purpose of this study is to identify of the function of Semnan universities libraries based on ISO 11620. Methodology: Survey was used as a research method and population of research was librarians of Semnan University includes 29 people. Research made questionnaire (based on the ISO 11620) was used for gathering data. an‎d to test the hypotheses was used Student's t-tests a sample, one-way analysis of variance and Duncan. Findings: Finding showed the performance of Semnan university libraries in terms of resources and infrastructure, with an average of 89/1, is below the average level. The performance in terms of application with an average of 67/2 is lower than the average level. Also in terms of the effectiveness of academic libraries field lower than the average level is 18/2. Semnan university libraries only in terms of potential and development are have been higher than average level (with average of 27.3). Conclusion: The results showed that the performance of academic libraries in the city of Semnan based on ISO 11620 is lower than the average level. The standard hypothesis tests to compare the performance of different aspects revealed that in term of performance index access resources and infrastructure, application or use, and potential and development libraries investigated were no significant differences between the performances. an‎d the library functions in the field of access resources and infrastructure, applications and potential development between the three universities is the same and weak.
