Identifying and Investigating the Effect of Effective Factors in Knowledge-based Economy on the Establishment of Knowledge-based Universities

پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارائه مدلي جهت شناسايي و بررسي تاثير عوامل موثر در اقتصاد دانش بنيان بر ايجاد دانشگاه هاي دانش بنيان انجام شد. هدف از پژوهش حاضر براي دستيابي به اقتصاد دانش­بنيان فقط توليد و توزيع اطلاعات و پرداختن به آموزش و پژوهش كافي نيست، بلكه به كارگيري آن­ها در استفاده از منابع اقتصادي به صورت مستمر و پايدار است. اين پژوهش از نظر هدف، تحقيقي كاربردي و از نظر روش، توصيفي - پيمايشي است كه به شناسايي و بررسي تاثير عوامل موثر در اقتصاد دانش بنيان بر ايجاد دانشگاه هاي دانش بنيان در دانشگاه هاي آزاد اسلامي استان مازندران مي پردازد. جامعه آماري شامل كليه اعضاي هيئت ‌علمي دانشگاه­ هاي آزاد استان مازندران به تعداد 1461نفر در 14 واحد و حجم نهائي نمونه براساس فرمول كوكران به تعداد 304 نفر خواهد بود، كه با در نظر گرفتن حداقل 10 درصد ريزش نمونه 348 نفر انتخاب شده است. براي گردآوري اطلاعات از روش ميداني و منابع كتابخانه اي و پرسشنامه اقدام گرديد. يافته­ هاي پژوهش نشان داد بين عوامل موثر بر اقتصاد دانش بنيان و ايجاد دانشگاه هاي دانش بنيان تاثير معني­دار و مثبتي وجود دارد. نتايج پژوهش حاضر نشان داد بنابر نظريات پذيرفته شده در اقتصاد دانش بنيان، دانشگاه همواره به عنوان يكي از اهرم هاي اساسي، مورد توجه بوده است.

The aim of this study was to provide a model to identify and investigate the impact of effective factors in knowledge-based economy on the creation of knowledge-based universities. The purpose of this study is not only to produce and distribute information and engage in education and research to achieve knowledge-based economics, but also to use them in the use of economic resources in a continuous and sustainable manner. This research is an applied research in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of method, which identifies and examines the impact of effective factors in knowledge-based economy on the establishment of knowledge-based universities in Islamic Azad universities of Mazandaran province. The statistical population includes all members of the faculty of Mazandaran Free Universities with 1461 people in 14 units and the final sample size based on Cochran's formula will be 304 people, which has been selected by considering at least 10% of the sample loss of 348 people. Data were collected from the field method and library resources and questionnaires. Findings showed that there is a significant and positive effect between the factors affecting the knowledge-based economy and the creation of knowledge-based universitiesThe results of the present study showed that according to the accepted theories in knowledge-based economics, the university has always been considered as one of the basic levers.
