بررسي تركيب بيوشيميايي لاشه فيل ماهي (Huso huso) جوان پرورشي تغذيه شده با سطوح مختلف عصاره زنجبيل (Zingiber officinale)

A Survey on Biochemical Carcass Composition of Juvenile Giant Sturgeon (Huso huso), Ehich Fed with Diffeent Levels of Ginger ( Ziniber officinale) Extract

هدف از انجام اين تحقيق بررسي تركيب بيوشيميايي لاشه فيل ماهي (Huso huso) جوان پرورشي تغذيه شده با عصاره زنجبيل (Zingiber officinale) بود. بدين منظور ماهيان با ميانگين وزني0/8±15 گرم به روش خوراكي و با سطوح 0/5% و 1% عصاره هيدروالكلي زنجبيل به مدت 8 هفته تغذيه شدند. نمونه برداري در انتهاي دوره پرورش از بافت بدن صورت گرفت و شناسايي تركيبات مغذي بدن با استفاده از روش ­هاي استاندارد صورت گرفت. نتايج نشان داد بيشترين مقدار پروتئين لاشه بطور معني ­داري مربوط به تيمار 0/5% عصاره زنجبيل و معادل 18/49 درصد و كمترين مقدار پروتئين لاشه مربوط به تيمار شاهد معادل 16/5 درصد بود (0/05>P). در ميزان چربي لاشه و خاكستر لاشه تفاوت معني داري بين ماهيان مشاهده نگرديد (0/05

This study aimed to survey biochemical carcass composition of juvenile Huso huso which fed different levels of Gingar ( zingiber officinale) extract. The fish with initial weight 15 + 0.8 g was fed of Hydroalchoholic extract of Ginger for 8 weeks. At the end of the experimental period the samples of tissue were gathered and their composition measured by standard methods. Results showed taht the most comment of protein was observed in the treatment which fed 0.5 % Gingar and the less one was observed in the treatment which fed 1 % Gingar ( p< 0.05). There were no significant differences between treatments in carcass lipid and ash contents ( p> 0.05). In conclusion, the Gingar extract, in 0.5 % dietary level, has beneficial effects on carcass composition of giant sturgeon (Huso huso).
