اعتماد و رسانه: عوامل موثر بر اعتماد به رسانه هاي خبري برون مرزي BBC و VOA فارسي با رويكرد تطبيقي (مورد مطالعه: شهروندان شهر تبريز)

Trust and Media: Research Based on Factors that Affect Trust in Exterritorial Media BBC Persian and VOA Persian News with Comparative Approach (Case of Study: Citizens of Tabriz)

مهمترين وظيفه و نقش اساسي وسايل ارتباط جمعي انتشار اخبار رويدادهاي اجتماعي مي باشد. تمامي خبرگزاريهاي ملي و بين المللي كه عمدتا در بخش تلويزيون به فعاليت مي‌پردازند همواره به اين امر واقف هستند كه براي جذب مخاطب و اثرگذاري بر آن بايد سطح اعتماد مخاطب به اخبار منتشره را بالا برد مقاله حاضر بر اساس اطلاعات مأخوذ از پيمايش بررسي جامعه‌شناختي ميزان اعتماد به اخبار رسانه‌هاي BBC فارسي و VOA‌ فارسي كه در شهر تبريز انجام گرفته، تنظيم شده است. جامعه آماري پژوهش كليه شهروندان شهر تبريز در بازه سني 15-34 هستند كه تعداد آن‌ها در حدود 579694 بوده و از ميان آن‌ها 400 نفر به روش نمونه‌گيري خوشه‌اي به عنوان نمونه آماري تحقيق انتخاب شده‌اند. داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسش‌نامه جمع‌آوري و براي تحليل داده‌ها از نرم‌افزارهاي تحليلي-آماري SPSS استفاده شده است. بر اساس نتايج توصيفي تحقيق، ميزان اعتماد به اخبار BBC فارسي در حد متوسط و ميزان اعتماد به اخبار VOA‌ فارسي در حد نسبتا پاييني قرار داشت. نتايج آزمون t مستقل نشان داد كه ميزان اعتماد به اخبار BBC‌ و VOA فارسي بر حسب جنسيت پاسخگويان متفاوت است. و نتايج تحليل رگرسيون چندگانه نشان داد كه از ميان متغيرهاي مستقل تحقيق، جنسيت پاسخگويان و ميزان استفاده از رسانه خارجي به عنوان متغيرهاي موثر بر ميزان اعتماد به اخبار BBC فارسي و VOA فارسي شناسايي شدند.

This article has been completed based on information gained from the trend sociological study of BBC Persian and VOA Persian degree of trust in their news in the Tabriz city. In this research, target population were in the age range of 15 -34 that all of them were the citizens of Tabriz and all of them were 579694, of which 400 people were selected through. The data were collected by questionnaire then for data analysis SPSS statistical analysis software were used. Based on the results, the trust in the BBC Persian news was medium (ordinary) and the confidence on the VOA Persian news was relatively low. The results of independent sample T-test show that trust in BBC Persian and VOA Persian news is different base on gender of respondents, and the results of Pearson correlation test for dependent variable of trust in BBC Persian news show that the variables of the use of external media, the positive evaluation of the performance of the internal media and religiousness are related to this variable and variables of use of the external media and religiousness were related with variable of trust of VOA news. The results of multiple regression analysis showed that among independent variables, the gender of respondents and the use of external and foreign media like BBC Persian and VOA news variables on the trust were recognized
