چكيده فارسي :
يكي از ادعاهاي علماء و رجال مسلمان، كامل بودن دين اسلام است. آنها بر اساس متن قرآن مجيد منبع اصلي اين دين معتقدند اين دين، قابليت پاسخگويي به مسائل پيشروي مسلمانان و غير مسلمانان را در هر زماني دارد؛ با توجه به تغييرات سده هاي تاريخي، اين پاسخ گويي در صورتي مقبول عامه قرار خواهد گرفت كه تفاسير و برداشت ها نسبت به مسائل مستحدثه مناسب و به روز شوند. از مهم ترين مسائلي كه امروزه بشر با آن مواجه شده است؛ مسئله رسانه است. اين مسئله و زواياي مختلف آن چنان فراگير و گسترده شده كه در همه ابعاد زندگي بشر ورود پيدا كرده و در كوچك ترين و شخصي ترين بعد نيز ردپاي اين مسئله به چشم مي خورد. عالمان دين براي مواجهه متدينين خود با اين مسئله، به استخراج احكام متناسب با آن پرداخته و تكاليف شرعي پيروان دين خود را براي آنها تبيين مي كنند. عالمان و مجتهدان جهان تشيع نيز براي مسائل مبتلابه هم كيشان خود احكامي صادر كرده اند. احكام صادره اين موضوع را مي توان ذيل احكام خمسه به 4 بخش دسته بندي كرد. اين نوشته به تشريح موضوع، استفتائات آن و جواب هاي در نظر گرفته شده براي اين چهار بخش مي پردازد.
چكيده لاتين :
One of the claims of scholars and religious scholars is the fullness of Islam. They are
the main source of this religion based on the text of the Holy Qur'an believe that the
texts of this religion, for all ages, are capable of responding to the progress of Muslims
and non- Muslims. Of course, given the tangible changes of the ages and historical
centuries, this accountability will be publicly accepted if inter predations and
perceptions are appropriate and up-to-date on the issues of justice. Undoubtedly, one of
the most important and maybe even the most important issue that humanity faces today
is the issue of the media. This issue and its various angles are so wide spread and
perfect that it has entered in all aspects of human life, and in the smallest and most
personalized aspect there is a trace of this issue. Religious scholars, in order to confront
their faithful, deal with this matter, extracting the judgments appropriate to them, and
explaining the religious duties of followers of their religion to them. The scholars and
Mujtahids of the Shiite world have given their answers to the questions of their peoples,
which describes this issue and its intended answers.
