Spiritual ability and quality of teacher and student communication

مقدمه و هدف: مهمترين مهارت ضمن تدريس، برقراري ارتباط موثر استاد با دانشجو است؛ كيفيت رابطه­ ي استاد با دانشجو در كلاس درس از نوع روابط پيچيده­ ي انساني است كه عوامل متعدد و گوناگوني در آن موثرند از جمله توانايي معنوي؛ هدف اين مطالعه اين است كه آيا بين نگرش و ميزان معنويت استاد و دانشجو در فرايند ارتباط رابطه­ ي معناداري برقرار است يا خير؟ مواد و روش: روش پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف كاربردي، از نظر نحوه­ ي گردآوري اطلاعات، توصيفي و از نوع پيمايشي است. جامعه ­ي آماري شامل دانشجويان دانشگاه علوم پزشكي ايلام در سال تحصيلي 97-96 است كه با فرمول كوكران و از طريق روش نمونه­ گيري تصادفي ساده، تعداد 334 نفر از اين دانشجويان به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند؛ جهت جمع­ آوري داده­ ها از پرسشنامه­ ي توانايي معنوي شهيدي و فرج نيا (1391) و پرسشنامه­ ي ارتباط بين استاد و شاگرد (1396) استفاده شد. داده ­ها با استفاده از معادلات ساختاري و نرم افزار AMOS مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفتند. بحث: نتايج تحقيق نشان داد كه توانايي معنوي بر تمامي گويه­ هاي مربوط به كيفيت رابطه­ ي استاد و دانشجو از جمله: (شاخص برازندگي توانايي معنوي، برازندگي تحليل عاملي توانايي معنوي، برازندگي روابط بين استاد و دانشجو و شاخص برازندگي نهايي) بجز نوع درس تاثيرگذار است. نتيجه­ گيري: اساتيد با استفاده از تكنيك و مهارت ارتباطي معنويت، مي­توانند روابط علمي و تربيتي خود را با دانشجويان عميق ­تر كنند. بر اين اساس توجه به برنامه ­ريزي و عمليلتي كردن امور معنوي هم در سرفصل دروس مرتبط و هم در برنامه­ هاي فرهنگي، امري ضروري مكمل نظام آموزش است.

Introduction: The most important skill in teaching is to communicate effectively with the student. The quality of the relationship between the teacher and the student in a classroom is a complex human relationship in which multiple factors and diversity are influential. One of the factors that have been studied in this research is their spiritual ability. Method: The method of this study is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of collecting information, descriptive, is a survey type. The statistical population consisted of students of Ilam University of Medical Sciences in the academic year of 2017-2018 which was selected using Cochran formula, and by simple random sampling, 334 students from these students were selected. To collect the data, Shahidi and Farajnia Spiritual Ability Questionnaire (2012) and the Relationship Questionnaire between Professor and Student (2017) were used. Data were analyzed using structural equations and AMOS software. Discussion: The results of the research showed that spiritual ability affects all aspects related to the quality of relationship between teacher and student as part of the type of study. Conclusion: It can be concluded that professors with the ability of empathy and mutual understanding, strengthen their level of relationship with the student and also by using appropriate communication techniques, increase their level of relationship with students.
