چكيده فارسي :
ﺳﺎﺑﻘﻪ ﻭ ﻫﺪﻑ: ﺩﺭ ﺷﺮﺍﻳﻂ ﺯﻧﺪﮔﻲ ﺻﻨﻌﺘﻲ ﺍﻣﺮﻭﺯ ﻛﻪ ﺍﺧﺘﻼﻻﺕ ﺣﺎﻓﻈﻪ ﺑﺎ ﺳﺮﻋﺖ ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮﻱ ﺩﺭ ﺣﺎﻝ ﻭﻗﻮﻉ ﺍﺳـﺖ، ﺍﻧﺴـﺎﻥ ﺑـﻪ ﺩﻧﺒـﺎﻝ ﺷـﻨﺎﺧﺖ ﺭﻭﺵ ﻫـﺎﻳﻲ ﺍﺳـﺖ ﻛـﻪ ﺍﺯ ﺍﺧﺘﻼﻻﺕ ﻣﺮﺑﻮﻁ ﺑﻪ ﺁﻥ ﺟﻠﻮﮔﻴﺮﻱ ﻛﺮﺩﻩ ﻭ ﻣﻮﺟﺐ ﺗﻘﻮﻳﺖ ﺣﺎﻓﻈﻪ ﺷﻮﺩ. ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﺎﺕ ﻧﺸﺎﻥ ﺩﺍﺩﻩ ﺍﻧﺪ ﻛـﻪ ﺩﺍﺭﻭﻫـﺎﻱ ﺯﻳـﺎﺩﻱ ﺍﺯ ﺟﻤﻠـﻪ ﮔﻴﺎﻫـﺎﻥ ﺩﺍﺭﻭﻳـﻲ ﺑـﺮ ﺭﻭﻱ ﺣﺎﻓﻈـﻪ ﻭ ﻳﺎﺩﮔﻴﺮﻱ ﻣﺆﺛﺮ ﻫﺴﺘﻨﺪ. ﻣﻮﺍﺩ ﻭ ﺭﻭﺵ ﻫﺎ: ﺩﺭ ﺍﻳﻦ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ، ﻣﻘﺎﻻﺕ ﺍﺯ ﻃﺮﻳﻖ ﺟﺴﺘﺠﻮﻱ ﺍﻟﻜﺘﺮﻭﻧﻴﻜﻲ ﺑﺎ ﻭﺍﺭﺩ ﻛﺮﺩﻥ ﻛﻠﻴﺪﻭﺍژﻩ ﻫﺎﻱ ﻣـﻮﺭﺩ ﻧﻈـﺮ ﺩﺭ ﺑﺎﻧـﻚ ﻫـﺎﻱ ﺍﻃﻼﻋـﺎﺗﻲ Iran medex, SID, Google Scholar, ScienceDirect, PubMed ﺍﺯ ﺑﺎﺯﻩ ﺯﻣﺎﻧﻲ ﺗﺤﺖ ﭘﻮﺷﺶ ﺍﻳﻦ ﺑﺎﻧﻚ ﻫﺎ ﺗﺎ ﺳﺎﻝ2015 ﺑﻪ ﺩﺳﺖ ﺁﻣﺪ. ﺩﺭ ﻧﻬﺎﻳﺖ ﻣﻘﺎﻻﺗﻲ ﻛﻪ ﺩﺭ ﺑﺎﺯﻩ ﺯﻣﺎﻧﻲ 1995 ﺗﺎ 2015 ﺑﻪ ﺑﺮﺭﺳﻲ ﺍﺛﺮﺍﺕ ﮔﻴﺎﻫﺎﻥ ﺩﺍﺭﻭﻳﻲ ﺑﺮ ﺣﺎﻓﻈﻪ ﭘﺮﺩﺍﺧﺘﻪ ﺑﻮﺩﻧﺪ، ﻣﻮﺭﺩ ﻧﻘﺪ ﻭ ﺑﺮﺭﺳﻲ ﻗﺮﺍﺭ ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻨﺪ. ﻧﺘﻴﺠﻪ ﮔﻴﺮﻱ: ﺑﻪ ﻧﻈﺮ ﻣﻲ ﺭﺳﺪ ﻛﻪ ﮔﻴﺎﻫﺎﻥ ﺑﺴﻴﺎﺭﻱ ﻭﺟﻮﺩ ﺩﺍﺭﻧﺪ ﻛﻪ ﺩﺍﺭﺍﻱ ﺍﺛﺮ ﺑﺮ ﺭﻭﻱ ﺣﺎﻓﻈﻪ ﻣﻲ ﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ ﻛﻪ ﺍﺯ ﺟﻤﻠﻪ ﺁﻥ ﻫﺎ ﻣﻲ ﺗﻮﺍﻥ ﺑﻪ ﺷﺎﻫﺪﺍﻧﻪ، ﺍﻧﺠﻴﺮ، ﺳﻴﺮ ﻛـﻮﻫﻲ، ﻛﻨﺠـﺪ ﻭﺝ، ﺑﻮﺯﻳﺪﺍﻥ، ﺧﺎﺭ ﻣﺮﻳﻢ، ﻋﻠﻒ ﭼﺎﻱ، ﻛﻨﺪﺭ، ﺑﺎﺩﺭﻧﺠﺒﻮﻳﻪ، ﺧﺮﻣﺎ، ﺯﻳﺘﻮﻥ، ﻗﺮﻩ ﻗﺎﻁ ﺳﻴﺎﻩ، ﻛﻨﮕﺮ ﻓﺮﻧﮕـﻲ، ﺯﻋﻔـﺮﺍﻥ، ﻛـﺮﻓﺲ ﻛـﻮﻫﻲ، ﻣﺎﺭﻳﺘﻴﻐـﺎﻝ، ﺁﺏ ﺍﻧﮕـﻮﺭ ﻗﺮﻣـﺰ، ﺳـﻮﻳﺎ ﻣﺮﺯﻧﺠﻮﺵ ﺍﺷﺎﺭﻩ ﻛﺮﺩ ﻛﻪ ﻣﻮﺟﺐ ﺍﻓﺰﺍﻳﺶ ﺗﻮﺍﻧﺎﻳﻲ، ﺗﻘﻮﻳﺖ ﻭ ﺑﻬﺒﻮﺩ ﺣﺎﻓﻈﻪ ﻣﻲ ﺷﻮﻧﺪ. ﻧﻈﺮ ﺑﻪ ﺍﻳﻨﻜﻪ ﺣﺎﻓﻈﻪ ﺩﺭ ﺯﻧﺪﮔﻲ ﺍﻧﺴﺎﻥ ﻫﺎ ﺍﺯ ﺍﻫﻤﻴﺖ ﺑﺴﻴﺎﺭ ﺑﺎﻻﻳﻲ ﺑﺮﺧـﻮﺩ ﺍﺭ ﺑـﻮﺩﻩ ﻭ ﺩﺭ ﭘﻴﺸﺮﻓﺖ ﻫﺎﻱ ﻋﻠﻤﻲ ﻧﻘﺶ ﺑﺴﻴﺎﺭ ﻣﻬﻤﻲ ﺩﺍﺭﺩ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﻴﻦ ﺍﻳﻦ ﮔﻴﺎﻫﺎﻥ ﺑﺎﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺍﻳﻨﻜﻪ ﺩﺍﺭﺍﻱ ﻋﻮﺍﺭﺽ ﺑﺴﻴﺎﺭ ﻛﻢ ﻭ ﻳﺎ ﻓﺎﻗﺪ ﻋﻮﺍﺭﺽ ﻣﻲ ﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ؛ ﺩﺭ ﺻـﻮﺭﺕ ﻣـﺆ ﺛﺮ ﺑـﻮﺩﻥ ﺑﺘﻮﺍﻧﻨﺪ ﺟﺎﻳﮕﺰﻳﻦ ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺒﻲ ﺑﺮﺍﻱ ﺩﺍﺭﻭﻫﺎﻱ ﺷﻴﻤﻴﺎﻳﻲ ﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ
چكيده لاتين :
Background and Purpose: In todaychr('39')s industrial life that memory problems are occurring with greater speed, man seeks to identify ways to prevent the related disorders and improve memory. Studies have shown that many drugs, including herbs, are effective in improving learning and memory. Methods and Materials: In this study, search was conducted using electronic databases IranMedex and SID, Google Scholar, ScienceDirect, PubMed. Articles written in the period covered by these databases (1995 to 2015) which investigated the effects of herbs on memory were assessed. Results: The literature review showed that many plants that have effects on memory such that they can be Hemp, Figs, Garlic, Sesame seeds, Wedge, Bouzid, Marianum, Hypericum, Frankincense, Lemon balm, Dates, Olive, Blueberry, Artichoke, Fennel, Celery, Radish, Milk thistle, Red grape juice, soybeans, marjoram noted that enhance the ability to strengthen and improve memory. Conclusion: Considering the fact that the human memory has essential role in his life and also scientific progress and also these plants have very little or no side effects; if effective, they can be a viable alternative to chemical drugs.
