چكيده فارسي :
زﻣﯿﻨﻪ و ﻫﺪف: ﻫﺪف از اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ اﺛﺮ ﻫﺸﺖ ﻫﻔﺘﻪ ﺗﻤﺮﯾﻦ TRX ﺑﺮ ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮات ﺳﺮوﺗﻮﻧﯿﻦ ﻣﻐﺰي، ﺷﺎدﮐﺎﻣﯽ و ﻧﻤﺮه آزﻣﻮن APFT و راﺑﻄﻪ ﺑﯿﻦ ﺳﺮوﺗﻮﻧﯿﻦ و ﺷﺎدﮐﺎﻣﯽ ﺳﺮﺑﺎزان ﻣﺮزﺑﺎﻧﯽ اﺳﺘﺎن ﺳﯿﺴﺘﺎن و ﺑﻠﻮﭼﺴﺘﺎن ﺑﻮد. روشﻫﺎ: 30 ﻧﻔﺮ از ﺳﺮﺑﺎزان ﻣﺮزﺑﺎﻧﯽ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت داوﻃﻠﺒﺎﻧﻪ در اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺷﺮﮐﺖ ﮐﺮدﻧﺪ و در دو ﮔﺮوه ﺷﺎﻫﺪ )ﺳﻦ: 22/1±2/8 ﺳﺎل( و ﺗﺠﺮﺑﯽ )ﺳﻦ: 23±2/2 ﺳﺎل( ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻨﺪ. ﺗﻤﺮﯾﻨﺎت TRX ﺳﻪ ﺟﻠﺴﻪ در ﻫﻔﺘﻪ و ﺑﺮاي ﻫﺸﺖ ﻫﻔﺘﻪ اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ و ﻫﺮ دو ﻫﻔﺘﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺷﺪت ﺗﻤﺮﯾﻨﺎت اﻓﺰوده ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. ﻣﻘﺎدﯾﺮ ﺳﺮوﺗﻮﻧﯿﻦ، ﺷﺎدﮐﺎﻣﯽ، ﺑﺮﺧﯽ اﺑﻌﺎد آﻧﺘﺮوﭘﻮﻣﺘﺮﯾﮑﯽ و ﻣﯿﺰان آﻣﺎدﮔﯽ ﺟﺴﻤﺎﻧﯽ ﺗﻮﺳﻂ آزﻣﻮن اﺳﺘﺎﻧﺪارد APFT ﻗﺒﻞ و ﺑﻌﺪ از ﺗﻤﺮﯾﻨﺎت اﻧﺪازه ﮔﯿﺮي ﺷﺪ. ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪﻫﺎي ﺧﻮﻧﯽ 24 ﺳﺎﻋﺖ ﻗﺒﻞ و ﺑﻌﺪ از آﺧﺮﯾﻦ ﺟﻠﺴﻪ ﺗﻤﺮﯾﻦ ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ ﺷﺪ و در آزﻣﺎﯾﺸﮕﺎه ﺗﺨﺼﺼﯽ ﻣﻮرد ﺳﻨﺠﺶ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪﻫﺎ: در ﮔﺮوه ﺗﺠﺮﺑﯽ ﻣﻘﺎدﯾﺮ ﺳﺮوﺗﻮﻧﯿﻦ 71/7 درﺻﺪ )0/0001=P(، ﺷﺎدﮐﺎﻣﯽ 29/5 درﺻﺪ )0/0001=P( و ﻧﻤﺮه آزﻣﻮن APFT 16/3 درﺻﺪ )0/0001=P( اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﻣﻌﻨﯽدار داﺷﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ. در ﺣﺎﻟﯽ ﮐﻪ در ﮔﺮوه ﺷﺎﻫﺪ ﻣﻘﺎدﯾﺮ ﺳﺮوﺗﻮﻧﯿﻦ 24/2 درﺻﺪ ﮐﺎﻫﺶ ﻣﻌﻨﯽ دار )0/011=P( را ﻧﺸﺎن ﻣﯽدﻫﺪ. ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪﻫﺎ ﺣﺎﮐﯽ از اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﻣﻌﻨﯽدار ﺳﺮوﺗﻮﻧﯿﻦ، ﺷﺎدﮐﺎﻣﯽ و ﻧﻤﺮه APFT در ﮔﺮوه ﺗﺠﺮﺑﯽ ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﮔﺮوه ﺷﺎﻫﺪ )0/0001=P( اﺳﺖ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﺑﯿﻦ ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮات ﺳﺮوﺗﻮﻧﯿﻦ و ﺷﺎدﮐﺎﻣﯽ ارﺗﺒﺎط ﻣﺴﺘﻘﯿﻢ و ﻧﺴﺒﺘﺎً ﻗﻮي )0/616=r( ﻣﺸﺎﻫﺪه ﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪﮔﯿﺮي: ﺑﻪ ﻧﻈﺮ ﻣﯽرﺳﺪ ﺗﻤﺮﯾﻨﺎت ﻫﺸﺖ ﻫﻔﺘﻪاي TRX اﺛﺮات ﻣﺜﺒﺘﯽ ﺑﺮ آﻣﺎدﮔﯽ ﺟﺴﻤﺎﻧﯽ، ﺗﺮﮐﯿﺐ ﺑﺪن و اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﻧﺸﺎط و ﺷﺎدﮐﺎﻣﯽ ﺳﺮﺑﺎزان ﻣﯽﮔﺬارد.
چكيده لاتين :
Background and Aim: The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of eight weeks of TRX training on changes in cerebral serotonin, happiness, and Army Physical Fitness Test (APFT) test score and the relationship between serotonin and happiness of border guard’s soldiers in Sistan and Baluchestan province, south-west of Iran. Methods: 30 border guard’s soldiers volunteered to participate in this study and were in two control (age: 22.1±2.8 years) and experimental (age: 23±2.2 years) groups. TRX training was performed three times a week for eight weeks, and the intensity of the training was increased every two weeks. Serotonin levels, happiness, some anthropometric dimensions, and fitness levels (using the APFT test) were measured before and after training. Blood samples were taken 24 hours before and after the last training session and tested in a specialized laboratory. Results: In the experimental group, serotonin level 71.7% (P=0.0001), happiness 29.5% (P=0.0001), and APFT test score 16.3% (P=0.0001) had a significant increase; while in the control group, serotonin levels showed a significant decrease of 24.2% (P=0.011). The findings indicate a significant increase in serotonin, happiness, and APFT score in the experimental group compared to the control group (P=0.0001). Also, a direct and relatively strong relationship was observed between serotonin changes and happiness (r=0.616). Conclusion: TRXchr('39')s eight-week workouts seem to have a positive effect on physical fitness, body composition, and increase soldierschr('39') vitality and happiness.
