بررسي مقايسه اي سبك هاي فرزندپروري در زنان پرستار و كادر اداري بيمارستانهاي منتخب وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشكي اصفهان

A Comparative analysis of Parenting Styles between Female Nurses and office staff in the Selected Hospital under the Supervision of Esfahan University of Medical Sciences

مقدمه: از جمله عوامل تاثيرگذار بر سبك فرزندپروري مادران ، نوع شغل آنها ميباشد، لذا اين مطالعه به منظور بررسي و مقايسه سبك هاي فرزندپروري زنان پرستار و زنان شاغل كادر اداري بيمارستانهاي منتخب وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشكي اصفهان در سال 1393 انجام شد. روش كار: اين پژوهش يك مطالعه توصيفي- مقايسه اي از نوع مقطعي مي باشد كه برروي 202 نفر از زنان پرستار و شاغل اداري كه فرزند1-11 ساله داشتند و به روش نمونه گيري دردسترس انتخاب شدند، انجام شد. ابزار گردآوري داده ها شامل پرسشنامه مشخصات دموگرافيك و پرسشنامه سبكهاي فرزندپروري بامريند بود. و اطلاعات با استفاده از روش هاي آماري توصيفي و استنباطي و نرم افزار spss نسخه 20 مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفت. يافته ها: يافته هاي اين پژوهش نشان داد كه ميانگين نمره سبك هاي فرزندپروري مقتدرانه، مستبدانه و سهل گيرانه به ترتيب در زنان پرستار 4.02±33.4 ، 6.5±16.1 ،7.1±19.4 و در زنان شاغل كادر اداري 4.3±31.4 ،5.3± 17.5 ، 7.8± 17.4 بود. نمره زنان پرستار در دو سبك فرزندپروري سهل گيرانه و مقتدرانه از لحاظ آماري به طور معني داري بالاتر از زنان شاغل اداري بود و بين دو گروه از نظر نمره سبك مستبدانه تفاوت معني داري از لحاظ آماري وجود نداشت. نتيجه گيري: علي رغم بالاتر بودن نمره زنان پرستار در سبك سهل گيرانه كه مي تواند ناشي از خصوصيات شغلي آنها ازجمله ساعات كاري غير متعارف و پراسترس بودن اين شغل باشد، در سبك مقتدرانه نيز نمره بالاتري نسبت به زنان شاغل كادر اداري گزارش نمودند، كه مي تواند نشانه آگاهي بيشتر آنها از سبك فرزندپروري كارآمد و صحيح مقتدرانه باشد. ضروري است برنامه هاي آمورشي در رابطه با سبك هاي فرزند پروري براي مادران اجرا گردد

Introduction: the kind of mothers` occupation is one of the factors which have a great effect on their parenting style. The objective of the present study is having comparative analysis of parenting styles between female nurses and female office staff in the selected hospital under the supervision of Esfahan University of medical sciences on 2014. Method: The method of this survey is comparative and explanatory analysis of sectional kind which analyzed 202 of female nurses and the Female office staff and having children with the age range of 1 to 11. They were selected by the simple` sampling. Data` collection has been done by the means of the questionnaire of demographic`s features and Baumrind` s parenting style questionnaire. The information has been analyzed based on statistical explanatory and inferential methods and also by the use of the software of SPSS of 20 versions. Results: This survey`s findings have shown that the average` score of, authoritative, authoritarian , and permissive styles of female nurse was 33.4±4.02, 16.1±6.5, 19.4±7.1 respectively and in the female office staff was 31.4±4.3, 17.5±5.3, 17.4±7.8. The score of the female nurse in two styles of authoritative and permissive was significantly more than the female office staff . There was not any significant difference between the two groups in terms of the authoritarian -style score. Conclusion:In spite of the fact that the score of the female nurses was more than females staff in permissive style, here the occupation`s features include: irregular work hours and the stressful nature of this job, but it is reported that the score of the female nurse in authoritative-style was more than the score of the female office staff indicating the better, efficient, and correct awareness of Parenting style in this style. In order to improve and inform the rules and condition of nurses, teaching the ways of parenting style to the both groups by related authority is a necessity.
