زﻣﯿﻨﻪ و ﻫﺪف: ﺗﻐﺬﯾﻪ ﺳﺎﻟﻢ در ﻣﻮﻓﻘﯿﺖ ﻋﻤﻠﯿﺎتﻫﺎي ﻧﻈﺎﻣﯽ ﻧﻘﺶ ﻣﻬﻤﯽ دارد ﻟﺬا ﻓﺮﻣﺎﻧﺪﻫﺎن و ﻫﻤﻪ ﻧﯿﺮوﻫﺎ ﺑﺎﯾﺪ راﺑﻄﻪ ﺑﯿﻦ رژﯾﻢ ﻏﺬاﯾﯽ ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐ و ﺗﻮاﻧﺎﯾﯽﻫﺎي ﺑﺪﻧﯽ ﻟﺎزم ﺑﺮاي اﻧﺠﺎم ﻓﻌﺎﻟﯿﺖﻫﺎي ﺟﺴﻤﺎﻧﯽ را درﯾﺎﺑﻨﺪ. ﻫﺪف ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﭘﯿﺶ رو ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ وﺿﻌﯿﺖ ﺗﻐﺬﯾﻪ ﻧﻈﺎﻣﯿﺎن ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر
اراﺋﻪ راﻫﮑﺎرﻫﺎﯾﯽ در ﺟﻬﺖ ارﺗﻘﺎي وﺿﻌﯿﺖ ﺳﻠﺎﻣﺘﯽ و اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﮐﺎراﯾﯽ اﻓﺮاد ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ.
روشﻫﺎ: اﯾﻦ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺑﺮ روي 89 ﻧﻔﺮ از ﻧﻈﺎﻣﯿﺎن در ﯾﮕﺎنﻫﺎي ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﻧﯿﺮوي درﯾﺎﯾﯽ در ﺷﻬﺮﻫﺎي ﺑﻨﺪرﻋﺒﺎس و ﺑﻨﺪر ﻟﻨﮕﻪ در زﻣﺴﺘﺎن
1397 اﻧﺠﺎم ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﺑﺮاي ﺟﻤﻊ آوري اﻃﻠﺎﻋﺎت از ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪﻫﺎي اﻃﻠﺎﻋﺎت دﻣﻮﮔﺮاﻓﯿﮏ، ﻓﻌﺎﻟﯿﺖ ﻓﯿﺰﯾﮑﯽ IPAQ و FFQ168 اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪﻫﺎ: ﺗﻌﺪاد 89 ﻧﻔﺮ از ﻣﺮدان ﻧﻈﺎﻣﯽ ﺑﺎ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ ﺳﻨﯽ 32/6 ﺳﺎل ﺣﻀﻮر داﺷﺘﻨﺪ. ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ ﮐﺎﻟﺮي روزاﻧﻪ درﯾﺎﻓﺘﯽ ﻧﻈﺎﻣﯿﺎن 2973 ﮐﯿﻠﻮﮐﺎﻟﺮي ﮔﺰارش ﺷﺪ. ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ ﻣﺼﺮف روزاﻧﻪ ﮔﺮوه ﺷﯿﺮ و ﻟﺒﻨﯿﺎت، ﺳﺒﺰيﻫﺎ، ﻣﯿﻮهﻫﺎ، ﻏﻠﺎت و ﮔﻮﺷﺖﻫﺎ ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ، 1/2 ،3/55 ،3/15 ،1/2 و 1/6 واﺣﺪ در روز ﮔﺰارش ﺷﺪ. ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﮐﻤﺒﻮد از ﮔﺮوهﻫﺎي اﺻﻠﯽ ﻫﺮم ﺑﻪ ﮔﺮوه ﻟﺒﻨﯿﺎت ﺑﻪ ﻣﯿﺰان 77/5% ﻣﺮﺗﺒﻂ ﺑﻮد. در ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ وﺿﻌﯿﺖ
رﯾﺰﻣﻐﺬيﻫﺎ ﮐﻤﺒﻮد ﻣﺼﺮف ﮐﻠﺴﯿﻢ )48/3 %(، وﯾﺘﺎﻣﯿﻦ A )83%(، روي )52/8 %(، اﻣﮕﺎ 3 )46/1 %( و وﯾﺘﺎﻣﯿﻦ C )33/7 %( ﮔﺰارش ﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪﮔﯿﺮي: اﯾﻦ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﻧﻈﺎﻣﯿﺎن در زﻣﯿﻨﻪ درﯾﺎﻓﺖﻫﺎي ﻏﺬاﯾﯽ ﺑﻪ ﺧﺼﻮص در ﻣﻮرد ﻣﺼﺮف ﻟﺒﻨﯿﺎت و ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ ﮐﻠﺴﯿﻢ، ﺳﺒﺰﯾﺠﺎت، ﻣﯿﻮهﻫﺎ، ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ ﭘﺮوﺗﺌﯿﻨﯽ، اﻣﮕﺎ 3 و اﻧﺮژي درﯾﺎﻓﺘﯽ، ﻧﯿﺎز ﺑﻪ ﻣﺪاﺧﻠﺎت ﻟﺎزم ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ دﺳﺘﺮﺳﯽ و ﻣﺼﺮف اﻗﻠﺎم ﻏﺬاﯾﯽ ﻧﺎم ﺑﺮده ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
Background and Aim: Healthy diet has an important role in the success of military operations, so the commanders and all forces must understand the relationship between proper diet and the physical ability to perform physical activity. The aim of the current study is to evaluate the nutritional status of the military in order to provide strategies to improve the health status and increase the efficiency of individuals.
Methods: This study has been done on 89 navies in the cities of Bandar Abbas and Bandar Lengeh, south of Iran in 2019. Demographic information, IPAQ and FFQ168 questionnaires were used to collect data.
Results: There were 89 navy men with an average age of 32.6 years. The average daily calorie intake was 2973 kcal. The average daily intake of milk and dairy products, vegetables, fruits, cereals and meats were 1.2, 3.15, 3.55, 1.2 and 1.6 units per day, respectively. The highest deficiency of the main groups of the pyramid was related to the dairy group (77.5%). In the evaluation of micronutrient status, deficiency of calcium (48.3%), vitamin A (83%), zinc (52.8%), omega 3 (46.1%) and vitamin C (33.7%) were reported.
Conclusion: This study showed that the navy in the field of food intake, especially in the consumption of dairy products and sources of calcium, vegetables, fruits, protein sources, omega 3 and energy intake needs to intervene to increase access and consumption of food items.
