آموزش منابع انساني عامل كليدي در فرايند رشد و توسعه ي فناوري و اقتصادي جوامع است. تامين سرمايه ي انساني مستلزم انجام آموزش صحيح مي باشد. آموزش صحيح از يك سو قابليت نيروي انساني را ارتقاء مي بخشد و از سوي ديگر نيروي كار را براي استفاده بهتر از فناوري جديد توليد، مهيا مي سازد و به اين ترتيب راه رشد و توسعه فناوري و اقتصادي را براي كشورها هموار مي كند. هدف اين مقاله، ارائه ي تصويري از تاثير آموزش منابع انساني بر توسعه فناوري و اقتصادي جوامع مي باشد. از آنجا كه تمركز اين مطالعه بررسي سه نظريه سرمايه انساني، همگرايي و نظريه تعامل با تغييرات تكنيكي همراه با تطبيق آنان در جوامع مختلف از جمله ايران مي باشد لذا با توجه به نوع رويكرد آن، روش توصيفي و مقايسه اي براي اين مقاله انتخاب شده است؛ يافته هاي اين مطالعه بيانگر تاثير معني دار هر سه نظريه بر توسعه و رشد اقتصادي جوامع توسعه يافته بوده است. همچنين جدي نگرفتن تاثير آموزش و تربيت نيروي انساني ماهر از مهمترين عوامل پايين بودن سطح رشد توسعه فناوري جوامع درحال توسعه است؛ بنابراين شايسته است كه با توجه به جمعيت روزافزون جوان در جامعه ي ايران و نياز مبرم كشور به رشد و افزايش توليد، توجه جدي به ارتقاء سطح و كيفيت آموزش صورت گيرد.

The human resources training is a key factor in the process of technology end economic growth and development of societies, The provision of human capital requires the true education. The true education on one hand promote Man’s power features and on the other hand, it provides labor for better use of new technology and it paves the way for countries to growth and develop technology and economically. The purpose of this paper is to Investigation the Impact of human resources training on Technology and economic development of societies. Since the focus of this study is to survey three theories of human capital, theory of convergence and the theory of technical interaction with their adaptation in different societies including Iran. therefore, according to its been chosen for this article; The finding of this study showed the significant effect of all three theories on the development and economic growth of societies. Also, the seriousness of the impact of skilled manpower education and training is of the most important factors in the low level of developing technology in developing countries: therefore, it is worth noting that due to the growing population of the young in developing countries and the urgent need for these countries to grow and increase production, serious attention to the promotion of the level and quality of education.
