ارتقاي سلامت اداري در ناجا، آسيب ها و راهكارها (در پرتو بيانيه گام دوم انقلاب)

Promoting Administrative Health in NAJA, Injuries and Strategies (in the Light of the Statement of the Second Step of the Revolution)

زمينه و هدف: انجام درست كارها از عهده سازماني بر مي آيد كه مجهز به نظام اداري سالم باشد. سازمان هاي سالم قادر به تصميم سازي و تصميم گيري هاي درست، بجا و مناسب هستند و در ارائه خدمات كار آمد و اثربخش عمل مي كنند. با توجه به اين نكته، پرداختن به مفهوم سلامت اداري و عوامل و راهكارهاي موثر در ارتقاي سلامت اداري با توجه به نقشي كه در كارآمدي دستگاه هاي اجرائي از جمله سازمان پليس كشورخواهد داشت، ضروري است. عوامل مختلفي در سالم سازي نظام اداري پليس ايران تأثير گذارند، برخي از اين عوامل به ساختار نظام اداري و برخي به پيشگيري و مبارزه با فساد اداري مربوط مي شوند. . روش تحقيق: روش پژوهش كتابخانه اي، و جامعه آماري مورد نظر در اين پژوهش كليه كتب ، منبع علمي و اسناد بالا دستي در اين زمينه شامل اسناد مدارك ، سخنراني ها و فرامين در اين موضوع است.. نتايج و يافته‌هاي تحقيق: تحقيق علمي پيش رو ضمن تبيين مفهوم سلام ت اداري در ناجا، موانع و راهكارهاي ارتقاي سلامت اداري درايران را در پرتو بيانيه گام دوم انقلاب مورد بررسي قرار داده است. عواملي چون ساختار نظام اداري، فرهنگي، اجتماعي و نهادهاي نظارتي به مثابه عوامل اصلي تاثيرگذار بر سلامت نظام اداري درپليس ايران معرفي و در انتها پيشنهادهايي جهت ارتقاي سلا مت نظام اداري ارائه شده است .

Background and Objective: Doing the right thing can be done by an organization that is equipped with a sound administrative system. Healthy organizations are able to make the right decisions and make appropriate and efficient services. Given this point, it is necessary to address the concept of administrative health and the factors and strategies effective in promoting administrative health with regard to the role that will play in the efficiency of executive bodies, including the country's police organization. Various factors affect the sanitation of the administrative system of the Iranian police, some of which are related to the structure of the administrative system and some are related to the prevention and fight against corruption. .
Research Method: The library research method, and the statistical population in this study, all books, scientific sources and upstream documents in this field include documents, lectures and commands in this subject.
Results and Findings of the Research: The forthcoming scientific research, while explaining the concept of administrative health in NAJA, has examined the obstacles and strategies to improve administrative health in Iran in the light of the second step statement of the revolution. Factors such as the structure of the administrative, cultural, social system and regulatory bodies are introduced as the main factors affecting the health of the administrative system in the Iranian police, and at the end, suggestions for improving the administrative system are presented.
