تحليل عوامل مؤثر بر الگوي فضايي مشاركت سياسي در انتخابات شورايشهر (مورد مطالعه: قائمشهر)

Analysis of Affecting Factors in the Spatial Pattern of Political Participation in City Council Elections (Case Study: Ghaemshahr)

چكيده مطالعه و بررسي آراء نامزدها و عوامل موثر بر آن يكي از موضوعات مطرح در جغرافياي انتخابات است. تصميم سياسي رأي دهندگان در مناطق مختلف و عوامل موثر بر آن را مي توان در قالب الگوي فضايي مشاركت سياسي مورد مطالعه قرار داد. پژوهش حاضر به دنبال شناخت الگوي فضايي مشاركت سياسي و عوامل موثر در مشاركت شهروندان در انتخابات شوراي شهر است. روش پژوهش توصيفي – تحليلي است و تحليل هاي فضايي بر اساس نتايج انتخابات سال 1392 و 1396 و همچنين بلوك هاي آماري سال 1390 انجام شد. يافته هاي پژوهش نشان مي دهد طي 5 دوره اخير تعداد جمعيت واجد شرايط افزايش قابل توجهي داشته اما نرخ مشاركت سياسي با كاهش چشمگيري روبرو بوده است. اين تفاوت در توزيع فضايي الگوي مشاركت نيز مشاهده مي شود كه هم در سطح شهر و هم در دوره هاي مختلف قابل ملاحظه است. نتايج نشان داد الگوي فضايي گروه سني 30 تا 44 سال بيشتر از ساير گروه هاي سني به الگوي توزيع فضايي كل آراء نزديك است. همچنين ميان آراي باطله و جمعيت با سواد همبستگي مثبت ولي ضعيف مشاهده شده است، ولي نتايج انتخابات با اشتغال همبستگي مشخص و معناداري ندارند. محلات 11، 12 و 13 با توجه به موقعيت شان بيشترين جمعيت مهاجر را دارا مي باشند كه در دوره چهارم جزو محلاتي هستند كه مشاركت پايين تري نسبت به ساير محلات دارند. ميانگين آراي اعضاي شوراي شهر در محلات 6، 7، 15، 14 و بخش هايي از 5 متمركز شده است و اين امر نشان مي دهد منتخبين شهر بيشتر حاصل انتخاب افراد ساكن در اين محلات بوده و الگوي فضايي آراي آنها از پراكنش مناسب برخوردار نيست.

The social mankind requires political participation in order to have a legitimate government system and so he does not find his place without active presence in politics. The first and easiest form of citizen participation is participation in the election. Election is one of the main elements of democratic governments. In this regard, one of the important concepts to be considered is the geography of the election. The geography of the election is centered on the selection of delegates at the local, regional and national levels that focuses on the geographic aspects of elections, referenda, and organizing them and knows the cultural, social, economic and other conditions is effective in various local, regional and national levels. Correct analysis of election behaviors and patterns and as well as the success of individuals and political groups in the election depends on the recognition of political approaches and approaches to electoral processes and political participation. Therefore, the present study attempts to identify the effective factors of political participation of citizens in the Ghaemshahr Islamic Council elections during the fourth and fifth periods.
