Feasibility Study of Creating Button Mushroom Breeding Business (Case Study in Ziaabad Section of Qazvin Province

امروز ترديدي وجود ندارد كه راه حل قطعي بسياري از مشكلات كشور، رونق توليد است اما اين رونق تصادفي حاصل نخواهد شد و براي حصول آن نياز است كه قبل از ايجاد كسب وكار، ملاحظات بازار، فني و اقتصادي مدنظر قرار گيرد. مقاله ي پيش رو با هدف شناخت زمينه ي توليد و بررسي توجيه پذير بودن پرورش قارچ دكمه اي در بخش ضياءآباد استان قزوين مي باشد. روش اين تحقيق از نوع آميخته مي باشد به اين ترتيب كه ابتدا از طريق مطالعات كتابخانه اي و مصاحبه نيمه ساختاريافته با 28 نفر از توليدكنندگان و توزيع كنندگان داده هاي تحقيق گردآوري شد و سپس داده هاي كيفي به اعداد كمي ترجمه شد و بر همين مبنا نسبت هاي اقتصادي و مالي محاسبه شد. پس از انجام بررسي مشخص شد كه پرورش قارچ دكمه اي در استان قزوين از نظر بازار مشكلي نداشته و بازار مصرف مناسبي براي محصول فراهم بوده است و همچنين ابزار و تجهيزات مورد نياز براي راه اندازي كسب وكار به راحتي از داخل كشور قابل تامين است درنتيجه طرح از نظر فني و تكنولوژي نيز موجه مي باشد. در ادامه با داده هاي حاصل از مصاحبه ها بهمراه شاخص هاي ارزيابي اقتصادي طرح ها (NPV، IRR، B/C و POP) به بررسي سوددهي طرح پرداخته شد تمام نتايج شاخص ها گواه اين بودند كه طرح داراي سوددهي مثبت و قابل قبول است و اجرايي كردن طرح موجب اشتغال زايي جوانان و رونق بيشتر توليد در منطقه مي گردد. در نهايت توصيه ها و پيشنهاد هايي به توليدكنندگان و ساير محققان ارايه گرديد.

Today, there is no doubt that the definitive solution to many of the country's problems is a production boom, and this requires that market, technical, financial, and economic considerations be considered before starting a business. The purpose of this study is to identify the context of production and study of justifiability of cultivation of button mushrooms in Ziaabad section of Qazvin province. The method of this research is mixed. Therefore, research data were first collected through library studies and semi-structured interviews with 28 manufacturers and distributors. Qualitative data were then translated into quantitative numbers. Based on this, financial and economic ratios were calculated. Then, it was found that the cultivation of button mushrooms in Qazvin province will not be a problem in terms of market and there will be a suitable consumer market for the product. Also, the tools and equipment needed to start a business and cultivation of button mushrooms can be easily provided from within the country. As a result, the implementation of this business plan is also technically justified. Then, with the data obtained from the interviews along with the economic evaluation indicators (NPV, IRR, B/C and POP), the business plan was examined in terms of profitability. All the results of the indicators showed that this business plan has a positive and acceptable profitability. Implementation of the Button Mushroom Cultivation Business Plan will create youth employment and further boost production in the region. Finally, recommendations and suggestions were provided to manufacturers and other researchers.
