چكيده فارسي :
همواره يكي از خواسته هاي مسئولين و مردم و دولت مردان ايران در جامعه اسلامي كشور جمهوري اسلامي پيشرفت پليس و خارج شدن از شكل سنتي به پليس پيشرفته و مردم محور مي باشد. بدين خاطر ، مساله و هدف اصلي اين تحقيق مشخص نمودن ويژگي هاي اسلامي مسلمان مومن و خدا محور و راهكارهاي تحقق آن در ناجا و جامعه است. نيروي انتظامي به خاطر ماموريت هاي آن، بيشترين ارتباط كاري را با مردم دارا مي باشد. بنابراين شيوه برخورد و عملكرد وي در مراجعه با مردم بسيار اهميت دارد. همواره بايد الگو گرفتن از آموزه هاي ديني و برخورد شايسته با مردم جزء رويكرد كاركنان اين سازمان باشد. رفتار پليس مومن و خدا محور، از گام هاي تعالي رفتار پليس با جامعه مي باشد. اميرالموئمنين (ع) يكي از اهداف تشكيل حكومت اسلامي را برقراري امنيت و تامين امنيت در جامعه بيان نموده اند. اجتماع سالم بدون داشتن امنيت دوام نخواهد داشت در برقراري امنيت و حفظ آن ، يكي از آيتم هايي كه بسيار مهم مي باشد. خود متوليان امنيت هستند . لذا پليس نقش اساسي و حياتي در حفظ و برقراري و حتي نگهداري امنيت ايفا مي كند. برهمين اساس بايد چهارچوب و راهكارهايي را پيش بگيرد كه بتواند به هدفي كه براي وي مشخص شده است دست يابد. در اين مقاله به چند راهكار اشاره شده است كه عبارتند از ترس از خدا و تقوا پيشه كردن - همنوع دوستي- ملاطفت و مهرباني- خدمتگذار بودن - داشتن اخلاق خوش ، رابطه خوب و قابل قبول و متعارف با مردم نقش اساسي ايفا مي كند. ويژگي هايي چون انجام واجبات ، ترك محرمات ، انجام مستحبات و ترك مكروهات ، خدا محوري و توكل و اطمينان بر خداوند از ويژگي هاي اخلاقي و فردي آنان ميباشد و ديگر اينكه شاخصه هايي همانند شهادت طلبي، شجاعت ، عفت ، سعه صدر ، غيرت ديني و مذهبي پاكدامني و داشتن تعهد و احساس مسئوليت در خصوص مملكت جمهوري اسلامي در برابر دشمنان قسم خورده از ساير ويژگي هاي پليس مومن و خدا محور از لحاظ اعتقادي است. مومنان با فروتني و تواضع قدم برداشته و چنانچه با افراد نادان مواجهه شوند با صبر و بردباري پاسخ خواهند داد و بر باطل گواهي نمي دهند و اگر با كار لغو و بيهوده برخورد كنند بزرگوارانه از آن مي‌گذرند ، و با خوش رويي اعتماد افراد و جامعه را كسب مي كنند و روح آرامش و آسايش به مردم اعطا مي كنند و در قرآن با لقب (عبادالرحمن) معرفي شده اند.
