بررسي ميزان رضايتمندي شهروندان از احساس امنيت اجتماعي در شهر گرگان با تأكيد بر نقش پليس در تحقق آن

An investigation of citizens’ satisfaction level of social security in Gorgan with an emphasis on the role of police in its realization

نظم و امنيت يك ركن اساسي براي پيشرفت و توسعه­ ي هر جامعه است كه از رهگذر آن رشد فرهنگي، سياسي و اجتماعي نيز محقق مي ­گردد. از سويي نقش نيروهاي پليس در برقراري امنيت و تقويت احساس آن در ميان افراد يك جامعه نيز انكارناپذير است. مفهوم احساس امنيت از جمله مؤلفه­ هاي كيفيت زندگي در شهرهاست كه در صورت فقدان و يا كم توجهي به آن، انحرافات اجتماعي، برهم خوردن نظم و هدر رفتن سرمايه ­هاي مادي و معنوي را به دنبال خواهد داشت؛ از اين رو در اين پژوهش با هدف بررسي ميزان رضايتمندي شهروندان از امنيت اجتماعي شهر گرگان، به دنبال ارزيابي رابطه ­ي ميان احساس امنيت اجتماعي شهروندان و پليس خواهيم بود. در اين تحقيق پس از تحليل منابع كتابخانه­اي و بهره­ گيري از آراي صاحب­ نظران حوزه­ ي امنيت اجتماعي، روش پيمايش با استفاده از تكنيك پرسشنامه­ اي مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. جامعه­ ي آماري شهروندان شهرستان گرگان و نمونه­ ي آن نيز با بهره ­گيري از فرمول كوكران 283 نفر در نظر گرفته شد. شيوه ­ي نمونه­ گيري طبقه ­اي تصادفي است و تجزيه و تحليل داده­ ها با تكنيك­ هاي موجود در آمار استنباطي نرم­افزار spss مي ­باشد. يافته ­هاي تحقيق بيانگر آنند كه شهروندان از احساس امنيت نسبتا مطلوبي در حوزه­ ي برقراري نظم و امنيت در شهر گرگان برخوردارند كه اين امر بيانگر اثربخش بودن اقدامات مؤثر نيروي پليس در اين حوزه مي­ باشد.

Security and order are among the main pillars of development in every society and through them cultural, political and social progress can be realized. On the other hand, role of police force in providing security and strengthening the feeling of security among members of a society is undeniable. The concept of feeling of security is one of urban life’s factors lack of or inattention of which results in social corruptions, disorder and spoil of worldly and spiritual capital. Therefore, to investigate the citizens’ satisfaction level of social security in the town of Gorgan, the present study aims to evaluate the relation between citizens’ feeling of social security and police force.to do so, after the analysis of library sources and using the opinions of social security experts, survey study using questionnaires were employed. The statistical population included all citizens of Gorgan and using Cochran formula and random stratified as well as referential figures in SPSS software, the sample size came to be 283 individuals. findings suggest that citizens enjoy a high level of feeling of security which in turn shows that police measures in this regard have been influential.
