بررسي نظم و امنيت بر پايه ي آموزه هاي قرآن: دلالت هاي كاربردي در برنامه هاي آموزشي پرسنل نيروي انتظامي

An investigation of order and security on the basis of quranic lessons: Practical arguments in training programs for police force personnel

نظم و امنيت از نيازهاي اصلي و ضروري بشر در همه ابعاد فردي، اجتماعي، سياسي، فرهنگي، اقتصادي، قضايي و ... بوده و ايجاد گسترش آن نيز وظيفه آحاد ملت، حكومت‌ها و دولت‌ها است. از ديدگاه قرآن اين امر يكي از اهداف استقرار حاكميت خداوند و خلافت صالحان است. نوشتار حاضر با استفاده از روش توصيفي- تحليلي و كتابخانه‌اي و با تكيه بر آموزه‌هاي ناب قرآن و سنت، به بررسي معنا و مفهوم نظم و امنيت، جايگاه آن در منابع ديني و نقش ارزش‌ها در امنيت، نقش پراهميت نظاميان و حافظان امنيت؛ پرداخته و راهكارهاي متنوع و دقيقي را براي دست‌يابي هرچه بهتر و بيش‌تر به نظم و امنيت معرفي كرده است.

Order and security are among the basic and indispensable human needs in terms of individual, social, political, cultural, economic, and legal aspects. Therefore, providing order and security is an onus on the shoulders of all people, governments, and states. With regard to the Quran, it is one of the objectives of establishing God’s law and the caliphate of the righteous. The present study was conducted using descriptive-analytic, library methods based on lessons from the Quran and the Sunnah (the tradition of the Prophet) with the purpose of examining the concepts of order and security and their place in religious resources as well as the role of values and police force in providing security. Ultimately, the study gives various solutions for obtaining such significant factors.
