چكيده فارسي :
انسان از گذشته تاكنون در پي دستيابي به نظم و امنيت بوده است. مقوله نظم و امنيت مقوله اي نسبي است؛ كه وابسته به ابعاد، مكان و زمان خاصي است. امنيت در ابعاد بهداشتي، غذايي، اقتصادي، نظامي و ... قابل ذكر است. زماني نظم و امنيت در مسئله جلوگيري از هجوم بيگانگان و متجاوزان است و زماني در پي ايجاد آسايش و آرامش روحي و رواني شهروندانش است. گاهي در پي ايجاد نظم و امنيت در يك منطقه بين المللي، گاهي در يك كشور و گاهي هم در يك منطقه و استان داخلي هستيم. آن‌چه قابل ذكر هست اين است كه وجود و عدم نظم و امنيت در يك منطقه توانايي تسري شدن دارد. نبود نظم و امنيت در يك استان ميتواند به يك كشور و يا به يك منطقه بين‌المللي تسري يابد. در اين پژوهش با استفاده از رويكرد آينده پژوهي در پي بررسي حوزه نظم و امنيت در استان فارس و ارايه راه كارهايي در اين رابطه هستيم؛ و به بررسي اين مسئله مي پردازيم كه چه عامل نقش مهم و تأثيرگذاري در آينده نظم و امنيت استان فارس دارد؟

Man has long sought to achieve order and security. The category of order and security is a relative category, which depends on a particular dimension, location, and time. Security is mentioned with respect to health, food, economy, the military and so on. On one occasion, the order and security is to prevent the invasion of aliens and invaders, and on the other, it seeks the psychological well-being of the citizens. Sometimes we seek to bring order and security to an international region, to one country, to one region, or to one domestic province. What is noteworthy is that the lack of order and security in an area can easily be spread. Lack of order and security in one province can extend to one country, or one international region. In this research, we looked at the field of order and security in Fars province using a forward-looking approach and provided some solutions in this regard. We examine what is important and influential in the future of order and security in Fars province.
