وارد شدن جهان به عصري كه فناوري در آن روز به روز در حال رشد و همه ­گير شدن است باعث تسهيل زندگي روزمرۀ مردم شده است. اما اين رشد و پيشرفت، امكانات جديدي نيز براي مجرمان فراهم آورده است كه بدين وسيله مي­توانند از همان مزاياي ارايه شده توسط اين فناوري­ها سوء استفاده كنند و مرتكب جرايم سايبري شوند و مشكلاتي را در حوزه­ هاي مختلف مانند: حوزه­ هاي امنيتي، اقتصادي و اجتماعي به وجود آورند. جرايم سايبري علاوه بر اينكه ويژگي­هاي خاص مربوط به خود را دارند، داراي ادلّۀ اثبات خاصي نيز مي­باشند؛ بنابراين، پليس را كه يكي از مهم­ترين اركان در ايجاد و برقراري امنيت در جامعه مي­باشد، با چالش­ هاي خاصي درگير كرده است. بنابراين مأموراني كه به كشف و بررسي جرايم سايبري مي­ پردازند بايد داراي تخصص­هاي لازم در اين حوزه باشند. در اين مقاله، تلاش مي­شود با روش­هاي توصيفي از نوع اسنادي و از طريق مراجعه به آثار مكتوب اعم از كتاب و مقاله، به بيان و بررسي چالش­ ها و فرصت­هاي پيش روي پليس در برخورد با جرايم سايبري پرداخته شود. نتاج پژوهش نشان مي­ دهد كه اقدامات تخصصي و هوشمندانۀ پليس فتا در حوزۀ پيشگيري وضعي و اجتماعي از وقوع جرايم سايبري كاسته است و در صورت وقوع جرم به پيگيري و كشف جرم كمك مي­كند.

Cybercrime, in addition to having its own specific characteristics, also has specific proofs; therefore, the police, which is one of the most important pillars of establishing and maintaining security in society, faces challenges Has involved someTherefore, officers investigating and investigating cybercrime must have the necessary expertise in this area. This article attempts to describe and examine the challenges and opportunities facing the police in dealing with cybercrime by using descriptive methods, referring to written works, including books and articles. . The results of the study show that the specialized and intelligent measures of the FATA police in the field of situational and social prevention have reduced the occurrence of cybercrime and help in the pursuit and detection of crime in the event of a crime.
