ﭼﮑﯿﺪه: اﻣﺮوزه ﺳﺎزﻣﺎنﻫﺎ ﺑﺎ ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮات ﺳﺮﯾﻌﯽ ﻣﻮاﺟﻬﻪ ﻫﺴﺘﻨﺪ ﮐﻪ آﻧﻬﺎ را ﻣﺠﺒﻮر ﺑﻪ اﻧﻄﺒﺎقﭘﺬﯾﺮي و اﻧﺘﺨﺎبﻫﺎي ﮔﺰﯾﻨﺸﯽ ﻣﯽﮐﻨﺪ. ﺑﺮاي روﯾﺎروﯾﯽ ﺑﺎ اﯾﻦ ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮات، ﺳﺎزﻣﺎنﻫﺎ ﺑﺎﯾﺪ ﺑﻪ دﻧﺒﺎل ﺑﻬﺮهﮔﯿﺮي از ﻓﺮﺻﺖﻫﺎي ﺑﺎﻟﻘﻮة ﻣﻮﺟﻮد ﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ. ﯾﮑﯽ از ﭘﺎرادﯾﻢﻫﺎ، اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ اﻧﻌﻄﺎفﭘﺬﯾﺮي، ﺳﺮﻋﺖ،ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ و ﭼﺎﺑﮑﯽ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ اﺳﺖ. ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ اﻧﺴﺎﻧﯽ ﻣﻬﻢﺗﺮﯾﻦ اﺑﺰار ﭼﺎﺑﮏﺳﺎزي و ﺑﺎ ارزشﺗﺮﯾﻦ داراﯾﯽ ﻫﺮ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن ﻣﺤﺴﻮب ﻣﯽﺷﻮﻧﺪ. ﻫﺪف اﺻﻠﯽ اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﻣﺆﺛﺮ ﺑﺮ ﭼﺎﺑﮏﺳﺎزي ﻧﯿﺮوي اﻧﺴﺎﻧﯽ ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﮥ آﻣﺎري اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ را ﮐﻠﯿﮥ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن راﻫﻨﻤﺎﯾﯽ و راﻧﻨﺪﮔﯽ اﺳﺘﺎن آذرﺑﺎﯾﺠﺎن ﻏﺮﺑﯽ ﺗﺸﮑﯿﻞ ﻣﯽدﻫﺪ ﮐﻪ از ﻣﯿﺎن آﻧﻬﺎ، 108 ﻧﻔﺮ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﺑﺎ روش ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﺳﺎده اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. روش ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ در اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ- ﭘﯿﻤﺎﯾﺸﯽ ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﺑﺮاي ﮔﺮدآوري اﻃﻼﻋﺎت از ﭘﺮﺳﺶﻧﺎﻣﻪ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. ﺿﺮﯾﺐ ﭘﺎﯾﺎﯾﯽ ﭘﺮﺳﺶﻧﺎﻣﻪﻫﺎ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از روش آﻟﻔﺎي ﮐﺮوﻧﺒﺎخ ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ 0/87، ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ راﻫﺒﺮدي 0/85،ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ اﻧﺴﺎﻧﯽ 0/86، ﺳﺮﻣﺎﯾﮥ ﻓﮑﺮي 0/88 و ﻫﻮش ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ 0/86 ﺑﻪ دﺳﺖ آﻣﺪ. ﺑﺮاي ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ دادهﻫﺎي آﻣﺎر ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ از ﻧﻤﻮدار ﺳﺘﻮﻧﯽ، ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ و اﻧﺤﺮاف اﺳﺘﺎﻧﺪارد و ﺑﺮاي آﻣﺎر اﺳﺘﻨﺒﺎﻃﯽ از آزﻣﻮنﻫﺎي ﻣﺪلﺳﺎزي ﻣﻌﺎدﻻت ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎري و آزﻣﻮن t اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ و ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪﻫﺎي ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﻧﺸﺎن ﻣﯽدﻫﻨﺪ ﮐﻪ ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﻣﺆﺛﺮ ﺑﺮ ﭼﺎﺑﮑﯽ ﻧﯿﺮوي اﻧﺴﺎﻧﯽ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ: ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ، ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ راﻫﺒﺮدي، ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ اﻧﺴﺎﻧﯽ، ﺳﺮﻣﺎﯾﮥ ﻓﮑﺮي و ﻫﻮش ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ.

Nowadays, organizations are faced with rapid changes that force them to adapt and make choices. To cope with these changes, organizations must seek to seize the potential opportunities available. One of the paradigms is to increase flexibility, speed, quality and organizational agility. Human resources are the most important agility tool and the most valuable asset of any organization. The main purpose of this study is to identify the organizational factors affecting the agility of human resources. The statistical population of this study consisted of all traffic workers of West Azerbaijan Province, out of which 108 persons were selected by simple random sampling. The research method in this research is descriptive-survey. Questionnaires were used for data collection.The reliability coefficients of the questionnaires were obtained using Cronbach's alpha method of organizational factors 0.87, strategic factors 0.85, human factors 0.86, intellectual capital 0.88 and organizational intelligence 0.86, respectively. Column diagram, mean and standard deviation were used to analyze the descriptive statistics data, and structural equation modeling and t-test were used for inferential statistics.
