چكيده فارسي :
ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺑﺎ ﻫﺪف ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﭘﯿﺶ ﺑﯿﻨﯽ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺷﻐﻠﯽ در ارﺗﺒﺎط ﺑﺎ ﻋﺰت ﻧﻔﺲ در ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﻧﯿﺮوي اﻧﺘﻈﺎﻣﯽ در ﺷﻬﺮ ﺷﻬﺮﮐﺮد اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. اﯾﻦ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻮﺿﻮع و ﻫﺪف ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ از ﻧﻮع ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﻫﺎي ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ و ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ اﺳﺖ. ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ 150 ﻧﻔﺮ از ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﻧﯿﺮوي اﻧﺘﻈﺎﻣﯽ ﺷﻬﺮﮐﺮد ﮐﻪ در ﻗﺴﻤﺖﻫﺎي ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﻣﺸﻐﻮل ﺧﺪﻣﺖ ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ و ﺑﻪ روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﮔﯿﺮي در دﺳﺘﺮس اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﺷﺮﮐﺖ ﮐﻨﻨﺪﮔﺎن ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺷﻐﻠﯽ)HSE( و ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ و ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻋﺰت ﻧﻔﺲ ﮐﻮﭘﺮ اﺳﻤﯿﺖ را ﺗﮑﻤﯿﻞ ﻧﻤﻮدﻧﺪ. در اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﺮاي ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﭘﺎﯾﺎﯾﯽ اﯾﻦ اﺑﺰارﻫﺎ از آﻟﻔﺎي ﮐﺮوﻧﺒﺎخ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. اﺑﺰارﻫﺎ ﭘﺎﯾﺎﯾﯽ و رواﯾﯽ ﻣﻄﻠﻮﺑﯽ را ﻧﺸﺎن دادﻧﺪ. در ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ از روشﻫﺎي آﻣﺎري ﭘﯿﺮﺳﻮن ورﮔﺮﺳﯿﻮن ﭼﻨﺪ ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮي اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰار ﻣﻮرد اﺳﺘﻔﺎده،spss ﺑﻮده اﺳﺖ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن دادﮐﻪ ﻋﺰت ﻧﻔﺲ ﻣﯽ ﺗﻮاﻧﺪ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺷﻐﻠﯽ را در ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﻧﯿﺮوي اﻧﺘﻈﺎﻣﯽ ﭘﯿﺶ ﺑﯿﻨﯽ ﮐﻨﺪ. اﻟﺒﺘﻪ در اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﻣﺸﺨﺺ ﺷﺪ ﮐﻪ ﻓﻘﻂ ﻣﻮﻟﻔﻪ ﻋﺰت ﻧﻔﺲ ﻋﻤﻮﻣﯽ ﺑﺎ داﺷﺘﻦ ﺳﻄﺢ ﻣﻌﻨﯽ داري)0/033=p(و)3/98=f( ﻣﯽ ﺗﻮاﻧﺪ ﺑﺨﺸﯽ از ﺗﻨﺶ ﺷﻐﻠﯽ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﻧﯿﺮوي اﻧﺘﻈﺎﻣﯽ ﺷﻬﺮﮐﺮد را ﭘﯿﺶ ﺑﯿﻨﯽ ﮐﻨﺪ و ﺳﺎﯾﺮ ﻣﻮﻟﻔﻪ ﻫﺎي ﻋﺰت ﻧﻔﺲ ﻣﺎﻧﻨﺪ: ﻋﺰت ﻧﻔﺲ اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ، ﻋﺰت ﻧﻔﺲ ﺧﺎﻧﻮادﮔﯽ و ﻋﺰت ﻧﻔﺲ ﺷﻐﻠﯽ ﺑﺎ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺷﻐﻠﯽ ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ را ﻧﺸﺎن ﻧﺪادﻧﺪ. ﻋﺰت ﻧﻔﺲ ﻣﯽ ﺗﻮاﻧﻨﺪ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺷﻐﻠﯽ را در ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﻧﯿﺮوي اﻧﺘﻈﺎﻣﯽ ﭘﯿﺶ ﺑﯿﻨﯽ ﮐﻨﻨﺪ. اﯾﻦ در ﺣﺎﻟﯽ اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ راﺑﻄﻪ اﯾﻦ دو ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮ ﺑﺎ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺷﻐﻠﯽ ﻣﻨﻔﯽ اﺳﺖ؛ ﺑﺪﯾﻦ ﻣﻌﻨﯽ ﮐﻪ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ اﯾﻦ ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﻣﻮﺟﺐ ﮐﺎﻫﺶ ﻧﻤﺮه ﺗﻨﺶ ﺷﻐﻠﯽ ﺷﺪه و اﯾﻦ ﻣﻮﺿﻮع ﺑﺎﻋﺚ ﺳﻼﻣﺖ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن و ﺗﻨﺶ ﺷﻐﻠﯽ ﮐﻤﺘﺮ آﻧﺎن ﻣﯽﺷﻮد.
چكيده لاتين :
This research done with the aim of prospection Job stress in velation with self-esteem in Shahrekord police personnel in 1394. The method of this research was descriptive and correlation, sample included 150 Shahrekord police personnel working in different part and used Access sample for this aim. Used (HSE) Job stress questionnaire self-esteem kooper smith questionnaire also for surveying perpetuity used keronbakh Alpha that indicated normal validat and perpetuity. In this research we used statistical methods like multie variant person and regression. Results showed Job stress in Shahrekord police personnel in this research common self-esteem item with meaningful level(p=0/033), (f=3/98)able prospect partly Job stress Bat social self-esteem, family self-esteem and job self-esteem didnot indicate correlation with Job stress. self-esteem could prospected Job stress in police personnel while the relation this variants with Job stress was Negative. Besides, incresting this factors results decrees Job stress number that this subject Author better service and health personnel.
