The role of the police in the social prevention of theft

بي شك سرمايه انساني در شرايطي حفظ و سبب رشد و توسعه اخلاقي، فرهنگي، اقتصادي و سياسي جوامع مي گردد كه پديده بزه كاري و جرم آن را تهديد نكند؛ بنابراين، براي تحقق سرمايه انساني و حفظ آن، يكي از مهمترين اقداماتي كه دولتها بايد در برنامه هاي كلان خود لحاظ نمايند، مهار بزه كاري و جرم است. اين راهبردها كه در برخي از كشورها، سازمانهاي پليس را نيز تحت تأثير قرار داده و باعث تغيير در روش آنها شده است راهبرد، پيشگيري اجتماعي از بزه كاري از سوي پليس است. رويكرد جديد پيشگيري موجب شد كه دولت ها در راهبرد سياست جنايي خود، براي حذف و محدودتر كردن علل و فرصت هاي جرم به پيشگيري غيركيفري توجه كنند. هدف اين مطالعه بررسي نقش پليس در پيشگيري اجتماعي از جرم سرقت در ميان كاركنان پليس و معاونت اجتماعي شهر سنندج است. نمونه مورد مطالعه تعداد 121نفر از نيروهاي معاونت اجتماعي و كلانتري هاي سطح شهر سنندج مي باشد. داده ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته با 36گويه كه روايي و پايايي آن مورد تاييد قرار گرفت، جمع آوري شد. تجزيه و تحليل داده هاي اين پژوهش در دو سطح توصيفي و استنباطي صورت گرفته است. در سطح آمار توصيفي از شاخص هايي همچون جداول و نمودارهاي توزيع فراواني به تجزيه و تحليل داده ها پرداخته شده است. در سطح آمار استنباطي، از آزمون هاي tتك نمونه اي استفاده شده است. نتايج نشان داد كه پيرامون وضعيت متغيرهاي پژوهش روابط معناداري به دست آمد.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of police in the social prevention of theft among police officers and the social deputy of Sanandaj. The study sample is 121 members of the Social Security and Police Departments of the city of Sanandaj. Data were collected using a researcher-made questionnaire with 36 items whose validity and reliability were confirmed. . Data analysis was done in two levels of descriptive and inferential. At the level of descriptive statistics, data such as tables and frequency distribution charts are analyzed. . At the level of inferential statistics, one-sample ttests were used. The results showed that there were significant relationships between the status of research variables.
