چكيده فارسي :
امنيت اجتماعي در بين جوامع و دولت‌ها از اهميت چشمگيري برخوردار بوده و همواره اهتمام به آن در دستور كار نمايندگان مردم كه زمام امور را در دست دارند، قرار دارد و سالانه هزينه‌هاي هنگفتي براي تأمين آن صرف مي‌شود. به‌طوركلي تأمين امنيت اجتماعي در جامعه، موجب تقويت امنيت ملي مي‌گردد. چراكه مشاركت مردم با رضايت‌مندي و تكريم آنان توسط نيروي انتظام بخش جامعه، موجب تأمين امنيت پايدار و متكي بر حكومت مردم‌سالار ديني شده و بسترهاي لازم توسعه و رفاه در جامعه را فراهم مي‌نمايد. مجموعۀ اين ملاحظه نشانگر اهميت موضوع امنيت اجتماعي براي جامعه مردم‌سالار ديني ايران، مي‌باشد. بر اين اساس پژوهش حاضر با هدف تبيين كاركرد نيروي انتظامي در تأمين امنيت اجتماعي و حقوق شهروندي مي‌پردازد. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف كاربردي بوده و روش انجام آن توصيفي-تحليلي است. نتايج حاصل از پژوهش عملكرد نيروي انتظامي در جهت تحقق جامعه‌محوري پليس ايران و باهدف جلب اعتماد مردم و حقوق شهروندي براي رسيدن به يك امنيت اجتماعي را پايدار نشان مي دهد.
چكيده لاتين :
Social security is of considerable importance among communities and governments and has always been the focus of attention on the agenda of the representatives of the people who are in charge of the affairs.And there are plenty of money to fund it annually.In general, social security in the community strengthens national security.Because people's participation with satisfaction and reverence by the community policeman ensures sustainable security and reliance on the religious democratic government and the necessary conditions for development and welfare in society.The collection reflects the importance of the issue of social security for the Iranian religious democratic community.Accordingly, the present study titled "The role of police in providing social security as a right to citizenship" examines the role of the police in providing social security and citizenship rights.The methodology of this research is descriptive-analytical. The results of the research show the police's performance to realize the pivotal role of the police in Iran with the aim of gaining people's trust and citizenship rights to achieve sustainable social security.
