با ظهور فناوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات، ابزار ارتكاب جرم و جنايت و خود جرم به طور مداوم تكامل يافته اند. علاوه بر اين، مرز بين جرائم سنتي و جرائم ديجيتالي مبهم هستند. يك جنايت ممكن است در قالب يك جرم سنتي يا ديجيتال گنجانده نشود چون شواهد ديجيتالي و فيزيكي ممكن است درصحنه هاي يك جرم وجود داشته باشد. علاوه براين، آيتم هاي مختلف موجود درصحنه ي جرم ممكن است به لحاظ فيزيكي و ديجيتال به عنوان شواهد مورد توجه قرار گيرد، كه ما به عنوان شواهد تركيبي در نظر ميگيريم. در ايهن مقاله ، يهك مدل براي بررسي چنيين صحنه هاي جرمي با شواهد تركيبي پيشنهاد شده است. مدل ما مراحل مربوط بر جمع آوري و بررسي مدار ديجيتالي و فيزيكي را با توجه به موارد منحصر به فرد و خصوصيات هر نوع از شواهد سازماندهي ميند. مدل ما همچنين ميواند در مواردي كر فقر مدار ديجيتالي يا فيزيكي درصحنه جرم وجود دارد، اجرا شود.

Drugs are substances that alter the functioning of the human brain and affect the physical and mental health of people, and the use of this material provides instant pleasures and ephemeral apparent joy in people.With the advent of the second century, the global drug control of states and nations is still facing the proliferation and complexity of the dilemmas caused by the abuse and trafficking of this phenomenon.Iran is located in the vicinity of the largest drug production center (Afghanistan), the route of drug trafficking to European countries and the Persian Gulf states.Despite the spread of trafficking routes from Afghanistan to Russia and Central Asian countries, Iran remains an important route for the transit of opium and hashish.In this article, which uses the library method, we try to answer the question of which geographical and human factors affect this matter? The results of this study indicate that the mountainousness of the Iran-Afghanistan border, the large borderline, the shortage of defense, the cooperation of border residents with smugglers, the poverty of border residents, the increase in material production in Afghanistan and its effective domestic problems and the transit route of Iran all in expansion Trafficking in drugs is effective.
