The Role of Crime Analysis in Police Approaches to Encounter Crimes

امروزه تجزيه‌وتحليل اقدامات و عمليات‌ پليسي در قبل و بعد از مأموريت‌ها روشي معمول در پليس كشورهاي پيشرفته است. تحليل جرائم در سطوح مختلف به نهادهاي قضائي و انتظامي براي برنامه‌ريزي، تخصيص نيرو و امكانات كمك نموده و تأثير انواع اقدامات را با تحليل‌هاي انجام‌شده موردسنجش قرار مي‌دهند. تحليل جرائم در چهار حوزه اصلي تاكتيكي، راهبردي، عملياتي و اجرايي شناخته مي‌‌شود. در اين مقاله كه به روش مروري و با استفاده از منابع كتابخانه‌اي انجام‌شده، به تشريح تحليل جرائم به‌صورت كلي در سطوح مختلف پرداخته‌شده و به‌صورت تخصصي‌تر به بحث در مورد نحوه تحليل‌هاي آمار فضايي-زماني و پيمايش پديده‌هاي مجرمانه و كاربرد آن در انجام مأموريت‌ها پرداخته مي‌شود. علاوه بر اين، با توجه به پژوهش حاضر كه باهدف روشن نمودن اقدامات قابل انجام در تجزيه‌وتحليل جرائم در رويكرد مسئله محور صورت پذيرفته، مي‌توان نتيجه گرفت كه پيمايش‌هاي مختلف از پديده‌هاي مجرمانه مي‌تواند برآوردي از جرائم پنهان ارائه داده و با شناسايي مشكل قبل از بحراني شدن، هزينه و وقت كمتري در رابطه با مقابله و پيشگيري از آن صرف نمود.

Today in the developed countries, analyzing police actions before and after missions is a common practice in police.Criminal analysis at different levels helps judicial and law enforcement agencies plan and allocate force and facilities, and assess the impact of a variety of actions on the analysis performed.Given the spatial and temporal dimensions of crime, spatio-temporal statistics analysis using geographic information systems and other databases provides decision makers with a complete picture of how crime is distributed on the map across different time zones. One of the most important application of geographic analysis in crime discovery is to estimate the whereabouts of offenders and provide a model in this regard. Criminal analysis is identified in four main fields: tactical, strategic, operational and executive. In tactical and operational analysis, the problem-oriented approach addresses the specific issues and indicators of crime-related phenomena.In the problem-based approach, the S.A.R.A technique is used to track and deal with crime and other related issues, which are the most important parts of applying this technique to the analysis of prior and subsequent actions.This article outlines crime analysis in general at different levels, and discusses more specifically how to analyze spatio-temporal statistics and navigate criminal phenomena and their application in missions.The main purpose of this research is to clarify the actions that can be taken in crime analysis in the problem-based approach.
