كاوش الگوي كارآفريني دانش‌بنيان در چارچوب مفهومي اقتصاد مقاومتي

در شرايط تحريم‌، توجه بيشتر به شركت‌هاي دانش‌بنيان و كمك به ارتقاء توانمندي آن‌ها، با هدف رهايي از فروش منابع طبيعي كشور و حركت به سمت «توليد دانش‌بنيان» بيش از پيش ضرورت مي‌يابد. به عبارت ديگر، راه «جهاد اقتصادي» و «اقتصاد مقاومتي»، از مسير كارآفريني دانش‌بنيان مي‌گذرد. به همين منظور اين پژوهش كيفي با هدف غايي «كاوش الگوي كارآفريني دانش‌بنيان در چارچوب مفهومي اقتصاد مقاومتي» با روش داده‌بنياد انجام شده است. به اين منظور ضمن انجام مصاحبه باز با 15 نفر از اساتيد دانشگاهي رشته اقتصاد و مديريت و 10 نفر از كارآفرينان، مديران شركت‌هاي دانش‌بنيان و مديران دولتي مرتبط، و با توجه دادن ايشان به مفاهيم چارچوب اقتصاد مقاومتي، مجموعه‌اي از مضامين اوليه (1280مضمون) طي فرايند كدگذاري باز گردآوري شدند و از دل آن‌ها مقوله‌هايي(60 مقوله) استخراج گرديد؛ سپس در مرحله كدگذاري محوري، پيوند ميان اين مقوله‌ها ذيل عناوين شرايط علّي (نبرد اقتصادي)، پديده محوري (انگيزه مقاوم‌سازي اقتصاد متكي بر دانش)، راهبردهاي كنش و كنش متقابل (كارآفريني دانش‌بنيان)، بستر(تشكيل اتاق جنگ اقتصادي؛ ... رويكرد علمي و دانشي در همه ابعاد و مراحل كارآفريني)، شرايط مداخله‌گر (تأكيدات مقام معظم رهبري در خصوص اقتصاد و كارآفريني؛ ... ناكارآمدي‌ و عمل‌كرد نامناسب عوامل داخلي) و پيامدهاي كارآفريني دانش‌بنيان (تقويت اقتصاد بدون نفت، تقويت توليد ملي، اقتصاد مقاوم و تحريم شكن؛ ... الهام بخشي الگوي اقتصادي اسلام براي دنيا) در قالب پارادايم كدگذاري تعيين شد؛ در ادامه و در مرحله كدگذاري انتخابي، يكايك اجزاي پارادايم كدگذاري تشريح، سيرداستان ترسيم و نظريه خلق شد.

Under the US sanctions agains t Islamic Republic of Iran, there needs to be paid more attention to knowledge-based companies and help promotion of their capabilities with the aim of putting an end to the sale of natural resources and moving toward "knowledge-based manufacturing". In other words, the path toward success in "economic Jihad" and "resilient economy" passes through the medium of knowledge-based entrepreneurship. This qualitative work has been carried out with the ultimate goal of research into knowledge-based entrepreneurship within the conceptual framework of resilient economy. We collected a total of 1280 themes through a codified procedure after open interviews with 15 university professors of management and economy and 10 entrepreneurs, managing directors of knowledge-based companies, and related government officials, who were briefed on such concepts as resilient economy. Then, 60 themes from among the total 1280 themes were selected through a codification paradigm for determining the following subjects: causal conditions (economic fight), phenomenal centrality (motifs for making knowledge-based economy resilient), reciprocal actions and interactions’ s trategies (knowledge-based entrepreneurship), infras tructure (es tablishing economic war room), … as well as a scientific and knowledge-based approach toward all aspects and s tages of entrepreneurship, intervening conditions (Leader’s recommendations on economy and entrepreneurship), domes tic agents’ inefficient and inappropriate performance, outcomes of knowledge-based entrepreneurship (boos ting non-oil economy, boos ting national production, resilient economy, antisanctions economy, …), and Islamic economy as a pattern for inspiring world economy. Incontinuation and at the s tage of selective codification, the elements of codification paradigm were explained one by one to set the plot of the s tory and create the theory.
