جايگاه جامعه اسلامي در بيانيه گام دوم و نقش ناجا در تحقق آن

The position of the Islamic society in the second step statement and the role of the NAJA in its realization

هر حكومت و دولتي اسلامي براي ايجاد جامعه اسلامي نياز به نيروهاي مسلح قوي، مقتدر و سازمان‌يافته‌اي دارد. جمهوري اسلامي ايران نيز پس از استقرار، براي برقراري نظم،حفظ امنيت و دفع تهديدات داخلي و خارجي و دستيابي به اهداف و آرمان‌هاي خود نيروهاي مسلحي را فراهم نموده است كه ازجمله آنان مي‌توان به نيروي انتظامي جمهوري اسلامي ايران اشاره كرد كه وظايف و مأموريت‌هاي مشخصي در جامعه اسلامي از منظر مقام معظم رهبري (مدظله‌العالي) در بيانيه گام دوم انقلاب بر عهده دارد. بيانيه گام دوم انقلاب اسلامي به‌عنوان سندي مهم و راهبردي در جمهوري اسلامي به شماره مي‌رود كه كليه سازمان‌ها و آحاد مختلف مردم بايستي در پيگيري و اجراي آن اقدام كافي و اهتمام جدي را داشته باشند ازاين‌رو ناجا نيز وظيفه اصلي خود دانسته براي رسيدن به پليس مقتدر در تراز جمهوري اسلامي به اين امر توجه ويژه‌اي داشته باشد. ناجا به ‌واسطه‌ي مسئوليت وسيعي كه در تأمين نظم و امنيت دارد، مي‌توان كيفي سازي اقتدار (سخت و نرم)، سهم بسزايي در حذف (عناصر مخل امنيت) و نهايتاً در كارآمد سازي الگوي امنيتي در جامعه اسلامي داشته باشد. اين مقاله پژوهشي كيفي و از منظر روش توصيفي – تحليلي است و از روش اسنادي، براي جمع‌آوري داده‌ها و منابع كتابخانه‌اي و فضاي مجازي استفاده‌شده است.

Every government and Islamic state needs strong, powerful and organized armed forces to create an Islamic society. The Islamic Republic of Iran, after its establishment, needs to establish order, maintain security and repel internal and external threats, and achieve its goals and aspirations. It has provided the armed forces, including the police force of the Islamic Republic of Iran, which has certain tasks and missions in the Islamic society from the perspective of the Supreme Leader (Mad Zola Al-Aali) in the second step of the Revolution. The Declaration of the Second Step of the Islamic Revolution is considered as an important and strategic document in the Islamic Republic that all organizations and different people should take sufficient steps to follow and implement it, so the NAJA has considered its main task to achieve Pay special attention to the powerful police in the Islamic Republic. Due to its broad responsibility in maintaining order and security, the NAJA can play a significant role in eliminating (disrupting security elements) and ultimately in improving the security model in the Islamic society by improving the quality of authority (hard and soft). This article is a qualitative research in terms of descriptive-analytical method and documentary method has been used to collect data and library resources and cyberspace.
