ارزيابي ميزان اثربخشي آموزش‌هاي ضمن خدمت در حوزه فناوري اطلاعات زندان ها ي استان سيستان و بلوچستان براساس مدل كرك پاتريك

Evaluating the Effectiveness of in-Service Training in the Field of Information Technology in Prisons in Sistan &Baluchistan Province based on Kirk Patrick's Model

هدف پژوهش حاضر ارزيابي ميزان اثربخشي آموزش ­هاي ضمن خدمت در حوزه فناوري اطلاعات زندان‌هاي استان سيستان و بلوچستان بر اساس مدل كرك پاتريك بوده است. روش پژوهش از لحاظ هدف كاربردي و ازلحاظ روش توصيفي با رويكرد پيمايشي مي­باشد. جامعه مورد مطالعه شامل كليه كاركنان شاغل زندان­ هاي استان سيستان و بلوچستان مي­ باشد كه در دوره­ هاي آموزش ضمن خدمت سال 1395 اين سازمان شركت نموده‌اند. نمونه آماري برابر با جامعه آماري انتخاب شد؛ به عبارت ديگر از روش سرشماري براي نمونه‌گيري دوره­هاي آموزشي ضمن خدمت در حوزه فناوري اطلاعات استفاده گرديد. ولي نمونه آماري بقيه دوره‌هاي آموزشي بر اساس جدول مورگان و روش نمونه‌گيري تصادفي ساده از بين جامعه آماري انتخاب شده است. به منظور گردآوري داده‌هاي پژوهش از پرسشنامه‌هاي محقق ساخته بر مبناي سطوح كرك پاتريك استفاده گرديد. نتايج حاصل از پژوهش نشان داد كه در سطح واكنش، تمام دوره‌هاي برگزارشده در حوزه فناوري اطلاعات زندان‌هاي استان سيستان و بلوچستان اثربخش بوده‌اند و كاركنان در تمامي اين دوره‌هاي آموزشي واكنش مطلوبي نسبت به شاخص محتوا، اساتيد، و محيط آموزشي و امكانات اجرايي نشان دادند.

The aim of the present study was to evaluate the effectiveness of in-service training in the field of information technology in prisons in Sistan and Baluchistan province based on Kirk Patrick's model. The research method is applied in terms of purpose. To this end, descriptive method with survey approach was used. The population of the study includes all employees working in prisons in Sistan and Baluchistan province who have participated in in-service training courses in 2016 of this organization. The statistical sample was selected equal to the statistical population; in other words, the census method was used to sample in-service training courses in the field of information technology. However, the statistical sample of other training courses has been selected from the statistical population based on Morgan table and simple random sampling method. In order to collect the research data, the researcher-made questionnaires were used based on Crack Patrick's levels. The results showed that at the reaction level, all courses held in the field of information technology in Sistan and Baluchistan prisons were effective and the staff in all these courses showed a favorable response to the content index, professors, educational environment and executive facilities. Also, according to other research findings at the level of learning, all educational courses held in the field of information technology in prisons in Sistan and Baluchistan province have been effective and there is a significant difference between the average scores of people before and after the training course.
