بررسي رابطۀ هوش معنوي و بهداشت روان كاركنان زن شاغل در دواير مشاوره و مدد كاري كلانتري ها

Investigating the Relationship between Spiritual Intelligence and Menta l Health of Women Employees Working in Police Counseling and Assistance Circles

روان شناسان بر اين عقيده اند كه انسان هاي هوشمند بهتر از ديگران مي توانند راه خود را در موقعيت هاي پيچيده پيدا كنند. براي هوشمندي به عنوان يك مفهوم كلي، سازه هاي متعددي مطرح است. نويسنده اين مقاله تلاش نموده تا سازه جديدي با عنوان هوش معنوي و تأثير و ارتباط آن را بهداشت رواني كاركنان واحدهاي مددكاري نيروي انتظامي بررسي نمايد. روش نمونه گيري در اين پژوهش نمونه گيري در دسترس و جامعۀ آماري اين پژوهش شامل كليۀ مشاورين و مددكاران شاغل در واحد هاي اجتماعي كلانتري ها و مراكز مشاورۀ نيروي انتظامي مي باشد كه در سال 1394 به دورۀ تغيير وضعيت دانشگاه علوم انتظامي امين اعزام شده اند. ابزار مورد استفاده در اين تحقيق پرسشنامه هوش معنوي بديع و همكاران و پرسشنامه سنجش بهداشت رواني گلدبرگ و هيلر مي باشد. داده ها با روش هاي آماري مورد استفاده شامل آمار توصيفي (ميانگين، درصد، فراواني، روش همبستگي پيرسون) و آمار استنباطي (آزمون رگرسيون) مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفته اند. يافته ها نشان داد كه: مؤلفه هاي هوش معنوي با بهداشت روان رابطه داشته و هوش معنوي تعيين كنندۀ بهداشت رواني كاركنان زن شاغل در دواير مشاوره و مددكاري كلانتري ها مي باشد.

Psychologists believe that intelligent human beings can find their way better in complex situations than others. There are several constructs for intelligence as a general concept. The author of this article has tried to examine a new structure called spiritual intelligence and its impact and relationship on the mental health of employees of law enforcement units. Sampling method in this research is available and the statistical population of this study includes all counselors and helpers working in social units of police stations and law enforcement counseling centers who were sent to Amin University of Law Enforcement Sciences in 2015. The tools used in this research are Badie et al.'s Intellectual Intelligence Intelligence Questionnaire and Goldberg and Hiller's Mental Health Assessment Questionnaire. The data were analyzed using statistical methods including descriptive statistics (mean, percentage, frequency, Pearson correlation method) and inferential statistics (regression test). The findings showed that the components of spiritual intelligence are related to mental health and spiritual intelligence determines the mental health of female employees working in the counseling and assistance departments of police stations.
