تحليل و بررسي شرايط تروريسم در منطقه مرزي شرق و جنوب شرقي ايران

Analysis and Investigation of Terrorism Conditions in the East and Southeast Border Areas of Iran

ترور و تروريسم پديده اي است مقارن با عمر انسان كه همواره روند توسعه داشته است . يعني هرقدر تكنولوژي و اطلاعات قدرت احاطه و تسلط انسان را در كره زمين بيشتر مي كند به آن اندازه قدرت تاثير گذاري ترور و تروريسم نيز افزايش پيدا مي كند . به همين دليل است كه اين پديده از ماهيت محلي اكنون به ماهيت جهاني تبديل شده است . در مقاله حاظر تاثير پذيري امنيت ملي از تحولات ژئوپليتيك تروريسم درمنطقه مرزي شرق وجنوب شرقيايران بررسي شده و با ماهيت ژئوپليتيكي اين سوال را مطرح ساخته كه تحولات ژئوپليتيك تروريسم درمنطقه مرزي شرق و جنوب شرقي ايران چه تاثيري بر امنيت ملي جمهوري اسلامي ايران دارد؟ براي پاسخ به سوال فوق فرضيه ذيل مطرح شده است : تحولات ژئوپليتيك تروريسم مي تواند بر امنيت مرزي جمهوري اسلامي ايران تاثير گذار باشد. بطوريكه ارزيابي فرضيه فوق ساختار اصلي مقاله حاظر را تشكيل مي دهد علاوه بر اين هدف زير مورد توجه بوده است . تبين امنيت ملي جمهوري اسلامي ايران در مواجعه با تروريسم بر اين اساس تحليل ژئوپليتيك رابطه تروريسم و امنيت ملي در رابطه كشورها بخصوص در مورد ايران يك ضرورت علمي تلقي مي شود . يافته هاي مورد انتظار عبارت است از اينكه استفاده از تكنولوژي اطلاعات و فرهنگ اسلامي ( شيعه ) مي تواند بر تضعيف ، كنترل و مهار تروريسم چه در داخل كشور و چه در مناطق حوزه نفوذ ژئوپليتيك ايران تاثير گذار باشد .

Terror and terrorism is a phenomenon that coincides with human life, which has always been in development. That is, the more technology and information increases the power of human domination on the planet, the greater the power to influence terror and terrorism. This is why the phenomenon of local nature has now become global. The present paper examines the impact of national security on the geopolitical developments of terrorism in the eastern parts of Iran and raises the question of the geopolitical nature of the impact on the national security of the Islamic Republic of Iran. To answer this question, the following hypothesis has been raised: the geopolitical developments of terrorism can affect the border security of the Islamic Republic of Iran. As the evaluation of the above hypothesis constitutes the main structure of the present article, the following objective has also been considered. Explaining the National Security of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Confronting Terrorism On this basis, the geopolitical analysis of the relationship between terrorism and national security in relation to countries, especially in Iran, is considered a scientific necessity. The expected findings are that the use of information technology and Islamic (Shia) culture can influence the attenuation, control, and containment of terrorism both domestically and in areas of Iranian geopolitical influence.
