چكيده فارسي :
امنيت در امان بودن يا در امان حس كردن خود از صدمه يا خطر- معمولا از شرايطي است كه بسيار ارج گذاشته مي‌شود. در آيين اسلام نيز امنيت به عنوان يكي از اصول زندگي و عنصر ضروري در بهره وري از مزايا و مواهب حيات و نيز زمينه ساز تكامل و ارتقا بشر تلقي كرده و آن را به عنوان يكي از مقدس ترين آرمان‌‌‌هاي بشري و الهي ياد شده است تا آنجايي كه با بررسي آيات قرآن كريم پيرامون امنيت مي‌توان به جايگاه والاي امنيت از ديدگاه اسلام پي برد بنابراين در ايران نيز بنا به ماهيت اسلامي جامعه، مقوله امنيت اهميت بسياري پيدا مي‌كند. اين پژوهش با روشي توصيفي- تحليلي نخست امنيت و انواع آن را در منظومه فكري مقام معظم رهبري بررسي كرده و سپس نقش نيروي انتظامي جمهوري اسلامي ايران را در تحقق آنها واكاوي نمايد. هدف اين پژوهش در هر جامعه اي، مهم ترين زمينه لازم براي پيشرفت‌‌‌هاي مادي و معنوي و شرط حركت عظيم اجتماعي براي يك ملت در درجه اول امنيت است. انواع امنيت در كنار يكديگر ابعاد حساس حيات آدمي را تشكيل مي‌دهند. بدون امنيت يك كشور در همه عرصه‌ها و صحنه‌‌‌هاي فعاليت و تلاش دچار مشكل است.

Security being safe or feeling free from harm or danger is usually one of
the most highly valued conditions. In Islam too, security is regarded as
one of the essential principles of life and an essential element in the
enjoyment of the benefits and benefits of life as well as the ground for
human evolution and promotion, and has been referred to as one of the
most sacred human and divine aspirations to date. Considering the holy
Quran verses on security can reveal the high status of security from the
Islamic point of view, therefore, in Iran as well, due to the Islamic nature
of society, the issue of security is of great importance. This descriptiveanalytical
study first examines security and its varieties in the intellectual system
of the Supreme Leader and then examines the role of law
enforcement in the Islamic Republic of Iran in their realization. The
purpose of this research in any society is the most important ground for
material and spiritual advancements and the condition of the great social
movement for a nation primarily security. Together, security forms the
critical dimensions of human life. Without a country's security, there is a
problem in all areas of activity.
