Examining the role of the NAJA in the realization of the declaration Of the second step of the revolution

هدف و زمينه: با پايان چهلمين سالگرد انقلاب اسلامي و در آستانه ورود به پنجمين دهه پيروزي اين انقلاب رهبر معظم جمهوري اسلامي در بيانيه‌‌اي مهم و راهبردي پس از برشمردن دستاوردهاي شگرف چهار دهه اول تحت عنوان گام اول‌‌‌‌، به بيان ‌مهم‌ترين ‌ويژگي‌ها و نيازهاي ‌‌‌‌‌سال‌هاي پيش روي انقلاب پرداخته و به نوعي نقشه راه حركت ملت ايران را براي رسيدن به قله‌‌‌هاي پيروزي و سعادت ترسيم كرده‌‌اند‌‌‌‌. روش: ره آورد اين نوشته كه از نوع مفهومي و مروري (روش اسنادي و كتابخانه‌اي) نگاشته شده‌‌‌‌، اين است كه ضمن بررسي ابعاد مختلف بيانيه گام دوم انقلاب‌‌‌‌، به بررسي نقش نيروي انتظامي كه سازماني مهم و راهبردي در نظام جمهوري اسلامي بوده و بر اساس قانون اساسي حفظ نظم و امنيت مردم در تمام ابعاد آن را برعهده دارد در تحقق هر چه بهتر فرمايشات رهبري بپردازد‌‌‌‌. نتايج: نتايج بدست آمده حاكي از آن است كه نيروي انتظامي با انجام دقيق وظايف خود ‌مي‌تواند نقش مهمي درپيشبرد و تحقق اهداف 7 گانه اين بيانيه داشته باشد‌‌‌‌.

Aim and context: With the end of the 40th anniversary of the Islamic Revolution and on the eve of the fifth decade of the victory of this revolution, the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Republic in an important and strategic statement after enumerating the remarkable achievements of the first four decades as the first step. They have dealt with the revolution and have drawn a kind of roadmap for the Iranian nation to reach the peaks of victory and happiness. Method: The result of this article, which is written in the conceptual and review type (documentary method and library method), is that while examining the various dimensions of the second step of the Revolution Declaration, it examines the role of law enforcement, which is an important and strategic organization in the Islamic Republic. The basis of the constitution is to maintain the order and security of the people in all its dimensions in order to better fulfill the orders of the leadership. Results: The results show that the law enforcement force, by performing its duties accurately, "can play an important role in advancing and achieving the seven goals of this statement.
