نقش و جايگاه ناجا در تحقق جامعه اسلامي مبتني بر منظومه فكري امام خامنه‌اي (مدظله العالي)

(The role and position of Naja in the realization of Islamic based society Imam Khamenei's Intellectual System(al-Awali issue

امنيت اجتماعي يكي از ضروري‌ترين نيازهاي فرد، گروه و جامعه مي‌باشد و ادامه‌ي حيات و بقاي جوامع بدون آن مشكل و غيرممكن خواهد بود. به طور كلي تأمين امنيت اجتماعي در جامعه، موجب تقويت امنيت ملي مي‌گردد. بنابراين نياز كشور به نيروهاي مسلح قوي و با اقتدار به منظور ايجاد نظام و امنيت و دفاع در مقابل تهديدات داخلي و خارجي امري مهم و بديهي است. نيروي انتظامي نيز مانند ساير نيروهاي مسلحي داراي مأموريت‌هاي مشخصي در نظام اسلامي مي‌باشد كه مهم‌ترين آن تأمين امنيت داخلي است هدف اين مقاله تبيين نقش و جايگاه ناجا در تحقق دولت اسلامي از منظر امام خامنه‌اي(مدظله ‌العالي) است. اين تحقيق از نظر نوع بنيادين و روش آن توصيفي است. در اين تحقيق سعي شده با مراجعه به افكار و انديشه‌هاي امام خامنه‌اي(مدظله ‌العالي)، نقش و جايگاه ناجا در تحقق جامعه اسلامي و رسيدن به اهداف و آرمان‌هاي انقلاب مورد بررسي قرار گيرد. اين تحقيق با روش تببيني-تحليلي و با بهره‌گيري از منابع كتابخانه‌اي و اسناد ارائه شده است. مقام معظم رهبري، وظيفه ناجا را تأمين امنيت اجتماعي مي‌دانند و با دسته بندي بيانات ايشان عواملي چون ايجاد فضاي امن اجتماعي، مهرباني با مردم و ارائه تصوير مطلوب از نيروي انتظامي، حضور در جامعه و اقتدار نيروي انتظامي، تعامل صحيح با مردم و ظلم نكردن به مردم در مقام اقتدار و قانون گرايي در داخل و خارج سازمان و توجه به جهات ديني، معنوي و اعتقادي كاركنان ناجا از عوامل مهم در تشكيل جامعه اسلامي مي‌دانند.

Social security is one of the most pressing needs of the individual, the group and society, and it would be difficult and impossible for the communities to survive without it. In general, the provision of social security in society enhances national security. Therefore, the country's need for a strong and authoritative armed forces to establish a system of security and defense against domestic and foreign threats is crucial. Like other armed forces, the law enforcement agencies have specific missions in the Islamic system, the most important of which is the provision of internal security. The purpose of this article is to explain the role and position of the Najah in the realization of the Islamic State from the perspective of Imam Khamenei. This study is descriptive in terms of its fundamental type and methodology. In this research, it is tried to study the role and position of Najah in the realization of Islamic society and the goals and aspirations of the revolution by referring to the thoughts and ideas of Imam Khamenei. This research is presented by analyticalexplanatory method using library resources and documents. The Supreme Leader considers the task of the Najaf to be social security and categorizes his statements as factors such as creating a safe social environment, being kind to the people and presenting a good image of the law enforcement, community presence and police authority, proper interaction with the people and not oppression. To people as authority and legalism inside and outside the organization and to consider the religious, spiritual and religious aspects of the Najwa staff are important factors in the formation of Islamic society.
