چكيده فارسي :
هدف تحقيق حاضر بررسي ارتباط ميان مؤلفة مديريت كيفيت فراگير و رشد بهره‌وري سازمان است. تحقيق حاضر از نظر هدف كاربردي و از نظر نحوة گردآوري اطلاعات توصيفي و از نوع تبيني مي‌باشد. گردآوري اطلاعات به روش توزيع پرسشنامه و روش تحليل آن آمار توصيفي با نرم‌افزار spss است. جامعة آماري تحقيق 31 نفر، رئيسان و سركلانتران منطقه‌هاي بيست‌وشش‌گانة راهنمايي و رانندگي تهران بزرگ است. الفاي كرانباخ پرسشنامة 9/0 مشخص شده است. مؤلفه مديريت كيفيت فراگيرداراي 9 شاخص و مؤلفه ارتقاي مهارت افسران داراي چهار مؤلفه بوده است. تحقيق شامل پنج سؤال، يك سؤال اصلي و چهار سؤال فرعي است. نتيجة تحقيق نشان مي‌دهد ميان مؤلفه مديريت كيفيت فراگير و ارتقاي مهارت‌هاي شغلي كارشناسان تصادف ارتباطي معنادار، مثبت و مستقيم وجود دارد و نيز ميان مؤلفه مديريت كيفيت فراگير با شاخص‌هاي مديريت بهتر صحنة تصادف، جلب رضايت شهروندان دربارة رسيدگي به‌موقع به تصادف‌ها، برخورد مطلوب افسران با مشتريان سازمان، و آموزش‌هاي ضمن خدمت همبستگي مستقيم وجود دارد.
چكيده لاتين :
The aim of this research is to review the relationship between components of inclusive quality management and the growth of organizational productivity. The research is practical in its aim and is descriptive in its data collections. The data were collected using a questionnaire and were analyzed by using SPSS package. The statistical society for the research are 31 people as the heads and chiefs of RAHVAR police stations in Tehran. The Cronbach Alpha of the questionnaire is .9.
Inclusive quality management include 9 components and for enhancing police officers’ skills include 4 components. There were 5 questions including one main and 4 secondary questions.
The results show that there are significant relationship between the inclusive quality management components and the components for enhancing the skills for the accident officers and this relationship is positive and direct. Also there are direct correlation between inclusive quality management and the components of better management of the accident scene, attracting the satisfaction of the citizens regarding on time handling of accidents, proper reception of officers for people coming to the organization, and on job training.
