ا مطالعه به روش خوشه‌اي با توجه به عوامل زمان و هزينه انتخاب و نواحي انتظامي مشهد در قالب بلوك‌ها) خوشه‌هايي از اعضا (تقسيم ودو نمونه تصادفي ساده از بلوك هاي جامعه كل مورد مطالعه را انتخاب كرده ايم دراين پژوهش 266 نفر) بااستفاده از فرمول كوكران (بعنوان جامعه آماري ازمراجعين به 2 ناحيه نيروي انتظامي شهر مشهد را شامل مي‌شود وزمان انجام اين تحقيق سال 1398 است. ب.با توجه به يافته هاي تحقيق كه نشان‌دهنده همبستگي نسبتا بالاي بين ورزشكار بودن پليس و سرمايه هاي اجتماعي ناجا مي باشد و با علم به اينكه يكي از نيازهاي ضروري نيروهاي مسلح برخورداري از آمادگي جسماني و رزمي در جهت اجراي موفقيت‌آميز مأموريت‌هاي محوله، در شرايط مختلف مي‌باشد لذا، براي دستيابي به اين مهم، تدوين برنامه‌هاي بلند مدت ورزشي امري ضروري و اجتناب‌ناپذير است. مربيان ورزشي و آمادگي جسماني نيروهاي انتظامي، بايد افرادي كارشناس و متخصص بوده تا بتوانند با آگاهي و شناخت كامل و با بهره‌گيري از تجربيات و آخرين دستاوردهاي علمي، فني و تحقيقاتي در پليس ساير كشورها، حفظ و ارتقاي آمادگي جسماني نيروهاي انتظامي را بر عهده گرفته و آموزش‌هاي لازم را به دور از هرگونه آسيب و صدمه به آن‌ها ارائه كنند. لذا بديهي است با استناد به دستاوردهاي تحقيق ناجا بايد سرمايه‌هاي انساني اعم از استعدادهاي بالفعل و بالقوه ورزش از قبيل مربي، عوامل پشتيباني و حمايت كننده‌هاي مالي، فضا و مكان‌هايي كه قابليت اجراي ورزش را دارند را شناسايي كند تا در آينده‌اي نه چندان دور شاهد ارتقاء سطح سرمايه هاي اجتماعي ناجا باشيم.
