بررسي نقش مديريت تعهدي با بهره وري سازماني و عملكرد شغلي كاركنان نيروي انتظامي استان گلستان

An investigation of the relation between commitment management with organizational efficiency and occupational function of Golestan province police force staff

هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسي نقش مديريت تعهدي با بهره وري سازماني و عملكرد شغلي كاركنان نيروي انتظامي استان گلستان است. روش تحقيق مورد استفاده از نوع توصيفي، پيمايشي هم بستگي مي باشد. حجم جامعه ي آماري تحقيق حاضر شامل كليه ي كاركنان نيروي انتظامي استان گلستان به تعداد 1500 نفر است. نمونه ي آماري متناسب با تعداد افراد جامعه با استفاده از جدول كرجسي و مورگان 306 نفر انتخاب شد كه روش نمونه گيري تصادفي طبقه اي بود. داده‌هاي تحقيق با روش كتابخانه اي و ميداني گردآوري گرديد. ابزار مورد استفاده پرس نامه هاي استاندارد مي باشد. پايايي پرسش نامه ها با استفاده از روش كرونباخ و روايي ابزار با روش محتوايي مورد تأييد قرار گرفته اند. همچنين جهت تجزيه و تحليل داده ها از روش ضريب هم بستگي پيرسون با استفاده از نرم افزار spss استفاده شده است. نتايج نشان مي دهد بين تمامي مؤلفه هاي مديريت تعهدي با بهره وري سازماني و عملكرد شغلي كاركنان نيروي انتظامي استان گلستان رابطه ي معناداري وجود دارد.

The purpose of the present study is to investigate the relation between commitment management with organizational efficiency and occupational function of Golestan province police force staff. The research methodology is a descriptive, survey-correlative one and the statistical population includes all the staff of Golestan province police force numbered 1500 individuals. Using Kerjsi & Morgan table and according to the population of the society, through stratified random sampling method, 306 individuals were chosen as the appropriate sample size. The research data were collected through field and library studies and questionnaires were employed to collect the data. Reliability and validity of the questionnaires were verified through Chronbach and content method respectively. Moreover, Pearson correlative coefficient and SPSS software were used for analyzing the data. The results indicate that there is a significant relationship between all the factors of commitment management with organizational efficiency and occupational function of Golestan province police force staff.
