The influence of public observation office on the behavior of Golestan province police force staff (the year 2014)

اين تحقيق با هدف مطالعه ي تأثير دفتر نظارت همگاني بر عملكرد كاركنان كوپ. فا استان گلستان انجام گرفته است. از جمله فرايند اين بررسي به عواملي همچون: حسن رفتار، حسن انجام وظيفه، كاهش تخلفات، انضباط ظاهري و افزايش اقتدار اشاره شده است. اين تحقيق از حيث هدف كاربردي و از حيث روش توصيفي پيمايشي است. جامعه ي آماري شامل 215 نفر از كاركنان كوپ. فا گلستان در سال 1393 مي‌باشد. نمونه ي آماري بر اساس جدول مورگان 173 نفر؛ 134 نفر از كاركنان كوپ. فا گلستان است كه به صورت تصادفي انتخاب شده اند. 39 نفر از مديران و فرماندهان شهرستان هاي تابعه ي استان گلستان به صورت تمام شمار انتخاب شده اند. ابزار جمع آوري پرسشنامه ي محقق ساخته حاوي تعداد 25 سؤال بوده كه در تنظيم آن از طيف 5 گزينه‌اي ليكرت استفاده شده است. براي تجزيه و تحليل داده‌ها در نرم افزار spss از آمار توصيفي و براي فراواني و توصيف داده ها از آمار استنباطي و براي تحليل واريانس از آزمون تي يك طرفه بهره برده شده است. نتايج حاصل شده نشان مي دهد كه هر پنج فرضيه ي تأثير دفتر نظارت همگاني بر حسن رفتار، حسن انجام وظيفه، كاهش تخلفات، انضباط ظاهري و افزايش اقتدار تأييد مي گردد.

The present paper aiming at studying the influence of public observation office on the behavior of Golestan province police force staff including factors such as: good-temperedness, job orientation, infraction decline, tidiness in physical appearance and increase in power. The statistical population of This applied and descriptive-survey study includes 215 members of Golestan Police force staff in the year 2014. The sample size includes 173 individuals from among Golestan province police force staff who were randomly chosen through the Morgan table. 39 individuals were chosen from among Golestan province towns. The researcher developed questionnaire included 25 questions to compile which the Lickert five options range was used. To analyze the data in SPSS software, descriptive data and to describe the data, inferential and also to analysis of the variance, one-way T-test was employed. The results indicated that all five hypothesis of the influence of public observation including good-temperedness, job orientation, infraction decline and tidiness in physical appearance as well as increase in power were verified.
