چكيده فارسي :
مقدمه: اهميت پي‌بردن به مسايل و مشكلات سربازان، از جمله عواملي است كه مي‌تواند در استقرار نوعي نظام يكپارچه رفتاري و انضباطي در محيط پادگان در زمان خدمت مقدس سربازي؛ نقش مؤثر و بارزي را ايفا نمايد.
روش: پژوهش حاضر، با روش، تحليلي ـ توصيفي انجام شده است، جامعه آماري پژوهش شامل دانشجويان دانشگاه اصفهان در سه مقطع كارشناسي، كارشناسي ارشد و دكتري است كه خدمت مقدس سربازي را انجام دادهاند و يا قسمتي از آن را طي كرده و به علت قبولي در دانشگاه در حال حاضر ايست خدمتي خوردهاند. نمونه مورد مطالعه در بين افراد مذكور با استفاده از فرمول كوكران 180 نفر برآورد گرديد كه با استفاده از روش احتمالي ساده مورد پرسشگري قرار گرفتهاند. براي گردآوري اطلاعات ميداني موردنياز، از پرسشنامه محققساخته استفاده شد و تجزيه تحليل دادهها از طريق آمار توصيفي و تكنيك تحليل عاملي صورت گرفت.
يافته‌ها: يافته‌هاي حاصل از بررسي 53 متغير مورد بررسي نشان داد كه سه متغير وجود مشكلات مالي در بين سربازان، پايين بودن ميزان حقوق سربازان و عدم بكارگيري بعضي از سربازان در جايگاه تخصصي آنها به‌ترتيب با ميزان ضريب تغييرات 154/0، 181/0 و 194/0، از نظر پاسخگويان بيشترين سهم را در مشكلات سربازان داشته‌اند. همچنين، نتايج حاصل از تكنيك تحليل عاملي نشان داد پنج عامل مديريتي (350/20)، كنشي (933/16)، روانشناختي (351/13)، خدماتي ـ زيرساختي (297/13) و اقتصادي (997/10)، در مجموع 928/74 درصد از واريانس كل متغيرهاي مربوط به مشكلات پيشروي سربازان را تبيين كردهاند.
نتيجه‌گيري: بيشترين مشكلات سربازان مربوط به دو عامل مديريتي و عامل كنشي ميباشد. در حوزه مديريتي ضرورت دارد مسايل و موضوعات مديريتي ناشي از تعامل فرماندهان و سربازان با يكديگر، توجه ويژهاي شود و در حوزه كنشي نيز، آموزش مهارتهاي زندگي و تقويت هوش هيجاني سربازان با استفاده از تجربيات مؤثر سازمان ملي جوانان و سازمان بهزيستي، پيشنهاد مي‌شود.

Sample study Among them with Using the Cochran formula, estimated 180 Person and with Using a simple random method The questionnaire was completed among them. To collect the required field data, used A researcher made questionnaire and data analysis was performed with Using the Descriptive Statistics and Factor analysis technique.
Findings: Findings from the review of the 53 variables shows that this three variables financial problems among soldiers, Low Soldiers' pension and Not using some soldiers in their specialty Respectively with the 0.154, .0181 and 0.194 Coefficient of variation, From the perspective of respondents Have the most share in The problems of soldiers. Also, the results of the factor analysis Shaw Five Factors Managerial (20.350), Action (16.933), Psychological (13.351), Services - Infrastructure (13.297) and Economic (10.997), In total Have explained 74.928 % from The variance of all variables related to Problems facing the soldiers.
Conclusion: The Most problems of soldiers is related to two factors, Management and Action factors. In the management field It is necessary Pay special attention to management issues Between Commander Interaction and Soldiers with together and in the action field, Life Skills Training and Enhancing Emotional Intelligence of Soldiers with Using the Effective experiences of the National Youth Organization and Welfare Organization, suggested.
