The effect of military service on social, emotional and physical dimensions of soldiers' personality: A case study of Qazvin province

رويكردهاي نوين در عرصه خدمت نظام وظيفه و اهميت تحولات متناسب با شرايط زمان و مكان و الزامات فرهنگي، اقتصادي، اجتماعي، سياسي و به‌ويژه امنيتي ـ دفاعي و با عنايت به اسناد و رهنمودهاي روشنگري چون سياست‌هاي ابلاغي مقام معظم رهبري و سند چشم‌انداز، ضرورت بازبيني و بهينه‌سازي اين نظام بيش از پيش آشكار شده است. بر اين اساس هدف از انجام اين پژوهش طراحي نظام بهينه خدمت وظيفه عمومي بر مبناي سياست‌هاي كلي نظام و سند چشم‌انداز ايران 1404 با رويكرد مدل‌سازي ساختاري- تفسيري است. روش پژوهش: پژوهش مذكور از نظر هدف در حيطه پژوهش‌هاي كاربردي و بر اساس ماهيت و روش گردآوري داده‌ها، يك پژوهش توصيفي- پيمايشي است و هر دو رويكرد كمي و كيفي را طي نموده است. جامعه آماري اين پژوهش در تمام مراحل كمي و كيفي، اساتيد دانشگاهي و دست‌اندركاران در حوزه خدمت وظيفه عمومي بوده و ابزار جمع‌آوري داده، پرسشنامه و جداول ارتباط مؤلفه‌ها بر اساس رويكرد مدل‌سازي ساختاري - تفسيري مي‌باشد. يافته‌ها: پس از مطالعه مباني، اسناد، سياست‌هاي كلي و شيوه‌نامه‌هاي موجود، فهرستي از مؤلفه‌هاي تاثيرگذار در نظام بهينه خدمت وظيفه، شناسايي گرديد و سپس از ميان مؤلفه‌هاي احصا شده، بر اساس نظر اكثريت خبرگان، هشت مؤلفه اصلي و مؤثر در تدوين نظام بهينه برگزيده شد. نتبجه‌گيري: با استفاده از اكثريت آراء صاحب‌نظران و به مدد تكنيك مدل‌سازي ساختاري – تفسيري، مدل مترتب بر اساس سطح بندي هشت مؤلفه منتخب، مختص نظام خدمت وظيفه عمومي طراحي شد و در نهايت اين هشت مؤلفه توسط برچسب‌هاي وارفيلد دسته بندي (خوشه بندي) و تحليل گرديد.

In this study has been attempted to study the effect of military service on three important dimensions of different dimensions of human personality, namely social dimension, emotional dimension and physical dimension, each of which in turn are composed of other dimensions. Research Method: This research from perspective of aim is one of the applied researches. Also, since the study examines the effect of military service on the social, emotional and physical dimensions of soldiers' personalities, so this study is causal research in terms of nature and method. The statistical society of the study is all residents of Qazvin province who have passed their military service. Among these people, 150 people have been selected as a statistical sample through stratification sampling method. Results: The results of the study indicate that military service has a positive and significant effect on many aspects of soldiers' personalities. However, this effect was not observed in 2 of the 8 subsets of personality imensions. Conclusion: According to the results of study, Military service has a positive and significant effect on many aspects of soldiers' personalities. However, this effect was not observed in 2 of the 8 subsets of personality dimensions. Conclusion: According to the results, military service improve most of the personality dimensions of people who have passed their military service
