بررسي راهكارهاي افزايش انضباط معنوي و روحيه انضباط پذيري در بين كاركنان (مورد مطالعه: كاركنان نيروي انتظامي)

Investigating the ways of increasing spiritual discipline and discipline flexibility among employees (Case study: Iranian law enforcement personnel)

انحراف و دوري از معنويت به عنوان خواسته و سياست راهبردي سكولاريسم و تمدن غرب مسئله اي ثابت و از رنج هاي اصلي انسان ها، خانواده ها و سازمانها است؛ در نيروهاي مسلح جمهوري اسلامي ايران، معنويت اساس قدرت و اقتدار نظامي است و موضوع انضباط معنوي جايگاهي مبنايي در رويكردها، جهت گيري و سلامت كاركردها دارد. عنصر معنويت حقيقتي است كه هرگاه به درستي درك و اداره شده، قابليت جذب عنايات الهي فزوني يافته و ظرفيت برتر و موثر براي همگرايي، هم افزايي و كارآمدي و پيشرفت امنيت به وجود آمده است. توجه به تعالي معنوي نيروهاي مسلح امري حياتي و اساسي براي امنيت نظامي ج.ا.ا براي دفاع و بازدارندگي موثر محسوب مي گردد. اين مقاله در پي شفاف سازي مفهوم معنويت و انضباط معنوي، تاثيرات آن در جوانب مختلف زندگي انسان و راهكارهاي افزايش انضباط معنوي و به طور كلي روحيه انضباط پذيري در بين كاركنان نيروي انتظامي مي باشد. روش پژوهش كيفي و مبتني بر مطالعات اسنادي و كتابخانه اي مي باشد.

Deviation and separation from spirituality as demand and strategic policy of secularism and Western civilization is a constant issue and a major concern of human beings, families and organizations; in the armed forces of Islamic Republic of Iran, spirituality is the basis of military power and authority, and spiritual discipline has a pivotal role in approaches, orientation and well-being of functions. The element of spirituality, when understood and managed correctly, has the ability to absorb divine revelations and the superior and effective capacity for convergence, complementary and efficiency, and security. Paying attention to the spiritual excellence of the armed forces is vital to the security of the military and civil defense organization for effective defense and deterrence. The aim of this study is to clarify the concept of spirituality and spiritual discipline, their effects on various aspects of human life, the ways of increasing spiritual discipline and, in general, well-ordered spirit among law enforcement personnel. It is a qualitative research based on documentary studies and libraries.
